Pang took the time to look at my eye shape, tell me what type of curl she suggests and why, and just took the time to guide me through all of my choices. The lashes she uses are not super synthetic looking (like many places I've seen and have been been to) and look like natural lashes. I'm used to spending $150 for a facial so when the mini facial was $45, I was all in to try a new establishment. I had my services provided to me by Rachel who was extremely friendly and nice. I was taken back to one of the facial areas in the back and had a nice weighted blanket on top of me upon laying down to keep me cozy. I wanted to try their basic mini facial with no add ins. I loved their cleansers (they cleaned my face twice) and their mask.
