I did have a few issues with my lashes falling out prematurely but this is where Lash Envy would get bumped to ten stars if I could. The owner, Cee, is so responsive with your correspondence to the salon. She seriously responds in less than ten minutes and gets you in within a day. My lashes were great the three times I've gone so far but Idk if it's my eyes or what but my inner lashes have a hard time staying in!! I think I need the super super glue!! I have complete confidence in this salon and I would not hesitate to give it a try. With so many eyelash salons popping up, you want a professional, clean, salon with a caring owner and Lash Envy is it!
