The wash their instruments and take out clean instruments for each customer. They keep a clean shop and the atmosphere is relaxing. This is a family business and they work very fast and efficient. I used to love coming here with my mom and I will never again after the horrible experience i received.I had planned to get my wedding nail done here ever scheduled an appointment and when I told her I didn't not like that way the color looked. I'm guessing she told her mom or owner and they told me they wouldn't fix it that I could just leave they weren't charging me nor fixing it. Do not come to place in a rush they take their T I M E. Which is not necessarily a bad thing especially because the quality of care they give! I've been here more times than i can count and I've never had a negative experience. They are a family owned nail salon. The younger tech is very personable and friendly...honestly she's the work horse of the salon. She is very good at executing whatever nail request you have. They are patient kind and friendly! I really wanted to give this place five stars, but sadly the pedicure was no more than adequate. I Purchased a package that advertised a 45 minute massage and it was 20 minutes at best. The gentleman was nice he spoke English which is a plus and the polish is really beautiful. But what I go for is a massage. If I could give them no stars I would. The owner yelled across the room at me and my grandma and talked to us like we were stupid. My grandmas nail polish looks awful and when she said something about it they just painted over it and didn't even get the polish off her skin!!!! I was visiting Biloxi for a mini vacay get away, me and my husband decided to get a pedicure , so we typed in our GPS and Hannah's Nail Salon popped up. We were greeted at the door the owner made us feel very comfortable and refresh with the amazing pedicure that they gave us. I love the great conversations, professionalism and warming welcome that they gave us so I decided to have my husband try a manicure and the service was amazing. I decided to get a full set and the guy who did it made sure he didn't miss a beat with the shaping. Hands down best shaping I've had ever. I couldn't stop looking at my nails. It worries me that this place didn't have many clientele. The technicians were friendly, did a wonderful job cleaning, clipping and trimming our toe nails. The massage felt wonderful. We come out with very soft heels. Got a $30 pedicure with gel add on & my partner got a pedicure as well. The pedicure was lazy, didn't get my cuticles. The gel was rushed, the girl who painted them didn't put base coat on my right foot and when I pointed that out she said "I'll just do 3 layers of color"...anyone who's had their nails done knows the importance of a base gel coat to make it last. Staff was rude and starting talking crap about me as soon as I started pointing out the flaws in my nails. Will not return. Don't recommend. read more

Stumbled upon Hannah's after one of the wives said she got a manicure here. My first session was a gel manicure which was ok, def better than the last two places but still nothing like I'm used to. Second session was a regular manicure which was ok especially from going from gel (which I love!) to regular polish. They have a lot of different choices as far a color goes both regular polish and gels. Their pedicure services look AMAZING! Different types of herbal/botanical pedi's but unfortunately I haven't received a pedi here. The regular mani was ok but started chipping and fading like a week later. Everyone here is very nice and accommodating. Myself along with 3 other girls came here before the Marine Corps ball and there were only two nail techs but they were efficient and turned us over 2 by 2 fairly quick. Also got my underarms waxed here by the owner and she was quick! There are many nail shops here in Biloxi and especially on Pass rd. You'll just have to find the right one for you.. This is hand down the best pedicure I've ever received. They salon was clean, the staff was fantastic and the environment was relaxing. My husband and I did the herbal pedicures. They were fantastic and refreshing - just what we needed. The only down side - I live too far away (Texas) to come on a regular basis. They are good enough if you have to do something quick and just need color.. It's a small salon kinda compact. I mean I lived down here in the south for quite a while now and this isn't the worst place I've been to. When getting my pedicure I like my toe nails cuts... But the lady didn't cut them until I finally had to tell her that I would like my toe nails cut. She painted them kinda sloppy where when I left I had to go home and use nail polish remover to get the polish off of my skin. My nails were decent they were pretty quick with it there was just a little bit of unevenness with my nail shape. By the nail polish was pretty good! I got the Herbal Pedicure here. The atmosphere is relaxing and the service was amazing. The people who work here are super friendly and nice. The leg and foot massage was fantastic. The gentleman that was doing the pedi hit all the pressure points and I was very relaxed after the pedicure. The owner came over personally to thank me for coming which never happens when I got other places. I wish I lived here because this would be my place to come for pedicures. I stopped by today to try it out because it is close by. I had gone to Queens previously and was not very impressed. When I got to Hannah's I was surprised to hear they have been here for two years and had no reviews. Not sure if it is normal for all places to be slow during the week morning but it was slow this morning and I was the only one in there for a little while. The place was clean and the people seem very nice.I just went in for a shellac manicure today and was very impressed by the job. I prefer it to my previous experience in town. I will definitely go back to try them out for a spa pedicure. And I was very happy with the price. read more

Lol. This place is a freaking joke. I got my nails done last Wednesday before Valentine's day. The first time I showered after I got them done they were fine, but when I started doing dishes I could feel they were sort of coming lose. Last night (Monday night) when I got out of the shower, I noticed when I was drying off that one of my nails weren't on anymore. I DIDNT EVEN REAIZE IT POPPED OFF THATS HOW LOSE IT WAS. So I looked in the shower and that's where it was at. Tonight (Tuesday night) I noticed that the rest were all popping off except for my thumb nails. I am so disappointed. Not to mention, this was $50 well wasted. They took over 2 hours to do it. I was the only one in there the entire time l, except for maybe the last 5 minutes. I forgot who the guy was that was doing my nails but entire time I was there he and this other woman who worked there were cussing up a storm and talking about personal stuff including drugs. I'm just not very impressed with this place. I'll never go there again. I really didn't mind anything they said or talked about until now because I'm pissed that my nails fell off or are falling off. SO with that being said, never go here. Like, ever. read more

It's a cute shop. They do a decent job on nails, but I don't recommend waxing, unless you need to wax everything off. I had my eyebrows done, and it was completely uneven. I asked the lady if she could give me a clean up and leave the tip of eyebrow untouch so it could grow out. When I looked in the mirror, my eyebrows got thinner and the tip was so thin, it looked like I only had a couple hairs left. Your eyebrows are on my face, and now they are uneven. Looks like I'm not getting my eyebrows waxed for a while. read more
