Most of the products are organic, some vegan, and healthy foods that have minimal additives. For example, they don't carry carbonated soda. They have a Deli section, as you first walk in on the right, with some premade sandwiches, that look very good, a coffee bar, gelato. There's an indoor dining area and an outdoor dining area. They have vegetables, fruits, groceries, and some non-food items. Teas, some snacks, canned/bottled foods. The staff is bilingual; that comes in handy when you're French is on a junior high school level, and hasn't been used in decades. =)

The 3 or 4 staff there are great and quite helpful in their recommendations for drinks if you've never tried anything. I've had the Green Giant and it's one of my favorites. They also have MUHC employee discounts (10% off) and loyalty cards that can be used for each purchase that isn't the drink of the month. I have to admit that it's quite pricey, but where else can you get such a large dose of greens and fruits in a smoothie? Don't be shy about asking for customizations either. For example you can ask for less ice in your drink or omit/add extra ingredients!

Although the space is small, you can find your basic staples like milk, fresh eggs, canned goods, but also speciality items like handmade soaps, craft beers, and vegan cheeses. This is also the place where you can get your hands on fresh baked bread from Arhoma bakery or Maple Milk from Pied de Cochon. You can also find an array of fair trade chocolate, locally roasted coffee beans, and bulk kombucha! I can go on and on but you REALLY need to come discover this shop yourselves.
