    When I looked up this place I was getting nervous by looking at the 1 star and 2 star reviews, THEY IMPROVED. They seemed to fix almost every complaint, the staff was very friendly and always asking if we needed anything. We were given coke and water in pitchers. The penne vodka was what u would expect, very good and good flavor. The potatoes were not the best, the salad had close to no dressing but the goat cheese was good. The eggplant needed to be better, the breadcrumbs that were used needed to be seasoned. The roast beef was very good. Everything was at a very good temp! The chicken franchise felllllll apart, typically it's very gooey but they made it very good. The mushroom and gravy meat had a very distinct mushroom taste and I got sick of it continuing to eat it, 5/10.

    We were here for a re pass and I've been here about a handful of times. Very clean and plenty of parking the bread which is seriously the best bread ever.A++ the buffet, Good Food a bit slow to replenish There was penne vodka A chicken francese A eggplant rollantini A sausage and peppers A potatoes and green beans.A the bathrooms are spotless A+ The wait staff (F) constantly had to look for them or ask for a bar tender We had an open bar .. couldnt find the bar tender all day . waited for drinks constantly I hope they do a better job with weddings ???

    Salad was served with a vinaigrette (which had no flavor) or French dressing (which was excellent).

    Came here for a party. Food was decent, not overly impressive, but decent. I must note though that the cake was PHENOMENAL! Decor semi-dated but classy. Bathrooms were beautiful and spotless. But the service was SUPERB, accommodating, friendly, & VERY attentive! Really world class!

    We really can't thank the Hanover Manor enough for our big day - it was incredible! We were really on a budget, and we picked the Hanover Manor since it was VERY affordable. We didn't expect much, since the recommendations from our friends are "they'll take care of stuff but it's not fancy". As our wedding day went on, we realized the only thing "not fancy" about the Hanover Manor is probably the exterior. It definitely felt a LOT more expensive than we imagined. We had our ceremony upstairs in the Embassy Room, and our reception downstairs in the Gold Room. The cocktail hour had so much delicious foods that a lot of our guests thought it was the actual buffet. We had some special requests for the buffet and it was honored to the last word. The bartender remembered all of our guests' drink orders! Tons of stuff included with the low package price: cocktail hour, buffet, open bar, a BEAUTIFUL 3-tiered cake, spacious bridal suite for getting dressed and ready, color-coordinated linens, chair covers, fresh flowers and lit candles for the tables, champagne toast, even a white runner for the ceremony. Color us impressed! The only downside is the little outside "garden" area. It was pretty and clean, just a bit on the small side so we couldn't get any wide pictures from it. We did find a simple solution - just go across the street to Lurker Park for pictures. There's a lush, wide-open grassy area that's on a small incline with lots of huge trees in the background, even the entrance to a hiking trail. Our photographer loved it and we ended up with some wonderful pictures. All in all.... Hanover Manor made our big day extra special. John and Angelo helped us with everything we needed, all of their staff was amazingly attentive, organized, and prompt. 5 stars!

    The food is terrible. Chicken almost made me throw up. Atmosphere is nice. Entire place was very unhappy with the food, chicken looks very undercooked. Leaving starving, extremely disappointed

From our first meeting, Stacey removed every fear we had. She listened carefully. She understood our vision. She gave us structure, direction, and confidence from day one. For a full year, Stacey and her team guided us through every step. She managed everything. From our stationery to the napkins. From the overall theme to the décor with the florist. She coordinated vendors, negotiated contracts, and kept every moving part aligned. Everything was handled in a timely fashion. Nothing was rushed. Nothing was late. Every detail landed exactly when it needed to. She saved us money. She saved us time. She eliminated stress. I am someone who likes control. It was hard for me to hand the reins over to someone else. But it was extremely liberating to watch an experienced professional take charge. I stopped worrying about logistics. I started enjoying the process. That shift changed everything for us.     Very disappointed with lack of communication,lack of details and professionalism…read more I attempted to rate this company in 2021, but Stacy deleted it, so hopefully this review will stick. We wasted thousands of dollars hiring Stacy. At first she was attentive towards my daughter, but as time went by she lost interest. The one time we really needed help with her dress, and she didn't return my call. In fact as the MOB she never acknowledged me the day of the wedding except when I asked to move the cards to a safer spot at reception in which she gave me an attitude. Don't expect her to be at the venue the morning of when the bride shows up or stay until the end. She shows up later to take a picture of rings etc with some fake flowers. ( not my daughters). Also, don't bother using the paper company next door. Little black dress. Hugh rip off. I sat at a table next to the owner, who never looked at me never mind acknowledge the person filling her bank account. Bottom line my daughter could have done all the planning herself. The planner at your venue is all you need. Don't waste your money .

I bookmarked their site and knew the minute I was engaged I would be contacting them. Months later I was finally engaged and My Bellissima was my next phone call. When I met Kara and Laura, I was just in awe of them. They are the ying and the yang of each other. They can finish each other's sentences and they made me feel very comfortable. I was sitting in their office screaming inside saying OMG they are perfect for the job!!! It was a match made in bridal heaven. I am a very controlling person and I was afraid to let someone else take the reins but with them I knew it was all going to be fabulous and extraordinary. I trusted them immediately with it all. The service they offer is top notch and we got exactly what we paid for and more. My Husband was just as involved in the planning process as I was and he could not thank them enough for all they did. They had accomplished exactly what we wanted, that WOW wedding from the purple tones, glam and romantic, over the top with fireworks (literally) and of course, BLING. The moment my husband and I met Christian we felt welcomed and immediately connected. As a gay couple, you never know how you'll be received from vendors and Christian was incredibly friendly and accepting. We knew we were in good hands and that Blanc Noir would be the perfect DJ, and WOW, Christian went above and beyond for us. Not only did Christian make sure to play every song we wanted to hear, but he also made sure to not play all the songs we didn't want to hear, which in my opinion is just as important. Christian and his amazing team covered everything from sound during the ceremony, to music during the cocktail hour, and was also the perfect emcee for the evening. He did an amazing job of keeping the flow going, and the dance floor full! The biggest compliment from our wedding was how incredible the music and DJ was, and we give all of the credit to Christian and his team. We hope to plan many more parties in the future, and now know the best DJ in the area!
