This has to be the most chaotic, filthiest, LA I have been to…read more Throughout my years of travel and going to different gym I have seen some dirty gym, some gyms without proper ventilation, and some great gyms. This gym is pretty bad. Couldn't take too many photos because folks around and didn't want to be that guy but every machine here needs to be replaced. Everything. If it's not rust, there's a hitch in the gitup as they say. They have two squat racks and a power rack, which is pretty standard but showing up at 5 am and they're already full that's so foreign to me. Ditch the smith machines and get something the people want. Their rowers are beat up. The ones that look functional don't actually turn on and the ones that do have missing foot straps or in that exclusive "training only" section. Cardio machines are either stamped with an out of order sign or have problems with their bearings. The one free motion chest machine is out of order with a old "parts ordered" sticker on it. This place is just a wreck. Took some photos of the filth but they in no way shapre or form represent just how dirty it is. Not sure if there are other gyms around but I wouldn't spend the 45/mo here.

The walking trail looks nicely shaded in one area, and has mulch floor in the shaded area, with a paved trail in the full sun area. Neither are fabulous with wheelchair access, yet great place for kiddos to burn off energy. Pavilion offers picnic tables, shade & ample room for breeze weather permitting. Bathrooms are considered accessible, with the womens having an out of regulation bump at the door, but still possible to overcome by many. If no one in your party has a physical disability, this is the park for you! Even with a disability, our party will likely return another time for the awesome energy burn. Please consider rubber flooring for play area, accessible parking, and access for all.

I really wish they would clean it up! Experience overall is great but I'm giving it a one star for their bathroom facilities because I cannot go here with a young child anymore. It's on the corner of two residential streets that do not get much traffic.The entire area is fenced in, and the neighborhood is safe and peaceful. The paved parking lot fits about 20 cars. The park is basically a big flat lawn with well maintained green grass, and a border of trees. You might see some deer, a rabbit, or some Canada Geese. There's also swings, slides, a baseball field, a basketball court, some picnic tables, and a pavilion. This park sometimes has a port-a-potty but sometimes does not. There is no permanent restroom facility here. I live nearby this park, and in the two decades I've been here, I have rarely seen more than 25 people in the park at once. I have only heard good things about this park from the people I know in the neighborhood who bring the kids here, and who play basketball here. The park is named to honor Patrolman Dunham and Patrolman Lebed, who were killed on duty together in 1960. Two public roads in town, Lebed Drive and Dunham Street, are also named after them.

The weather was beautiful , she met some nee friends and had a ball. We spent a around 3 hours there. Great place to get your child's energy all out. We made some great memories.
