Due to my apparent frustration, the clerk called the owner, and to my surprise, she arrived very pretty quickly and found them right away. Although I recommend this store, they have difficulty removing stains, but they will relaunder items if they aren't done correctly the first time. Staff were very helpful and the machines were clean. Staff were constantly cleaning the whole time I was there. Not much in the area to see or do so I just waited inside the laundromat. The main issue was customers hogging the carts and a few rude people. Some customers do use the same carts to bring in their dirty laundry and then those same carts are used to take clean laundry out of the machine (this is not the fault of the staff). I paid with my credit card. You tap the machine to start it and they authorize $17. On my credit card bill I was only charged $9 for the cost of doing my laundry and they never actually charged the $17. They do have a sign explaining this. They sell laundry detergent and other laundry products in the vending machine at very reasonable cost. I've used lots of laundromats in my life and this one was clean and the machines were modern and they have various sizes of washing machines including really large ones. The issues at laundromats are normally with customers and there is only so much management and staff can do. I'd return here.
