They do request payment before service, which is a little unusual but I assume they've been stiffed before so they have reason for this. Worst massage I have ever gotten in my entire life. The lady who did mine had no sense of how much she was hurting me. I have never cried during massage but this place definitely did it for me. When I told her it hurt she just laughed. Who the actual hell does that!! If I wasn't in a couples massage with my husband I would have walked out of there. The lady that works the front desk also does massages. I just walked in to get a 30 minute massage she wants me to pay for it first and is asking for a tip I thought that was rude. I haven't even got a massage yet and she wants a tip. The whole time she was massaging me she had phone next to my head and was answering calls. I was getting extremely mad! My Massuese was fairly good except they sometimes push on things that shouldn't be pushed on ( spine, knees, etc) in opposite of its use and needed to be corrected. We've been there many times in the last decade. It was ok, not excellent but decent. But last time we had the couple massage in the late March, one of our massage therapist wasn't good, the other was ok (both females). They always charge upfront, charge a fee for credit card. When we tried to give them the tip (18%) by cash, one lady got upset and demanded us to give at least 20%, which made me upset. According to the male manager (Mr. Han??), the charge was all for the business and the tip was for the workers. What happened to the minimum wage?? They're not my employees and I have no obligation to pay certain amount of tip. They should understand tips are not mandatory, could be more, could be less depending on their performance. I couldn't believe the management let them behave like that directly to their customers. We went there to reduce our stress and relax, we left there stressed out. read more

The massage therapists who work here are all excellent. They do tend to go very deep, so make sure you communicate that in the beginning if you're sensitive to deep tissue. The only thing that's annoying is that the owner demands people to pay cash. She's not the nicest person unfortunately... We had to basically strong-arm her into letting us pay (for three massages) with a debit card. They charged $1 - which is fine. I also tend to over-tip the workers because they do hustle. One guy there completely fixed my back after I had tweaked it at work! All in all, it just depends on whether you want to be berated or not! Either way, you'll get a great massage. read more
