Absolutely recommend using Hansel and Sons! We were looking for someone to come fill our pool and we heard about Hansel and Sons. Well, he was in our neighborhood filling up someone else's pool and we asked him to come fill up our pool while he was in the neighborhood. He was super kind enough to say yes; went out of his way for us when he didn't have to and it was late at night as well. We appreciate Hansel and Sons very much! He was SUPER FRIENDLY; this our first pool for us and he gave us some good tips as first timers. For future reference, book him early in March or April! Hansel and son does the best to be responsive to our customers but at this time we can get over 500 calls a day we are working through constant cancels and reschedules by customers and pool builders due to weather people getting on and off the list pool issue.pool parts shortage lack of pool liners etc we are a small veteran owned company working every day to fill pools and anyone who has had our service knows how much we care about what we do!!! anyone who is missed is not intentionally skipped and we apologize to all in advance if we can't get your pool filled and hope everyone has a great summer read more

Jim was amazing! He rescheduled for us (first time pool owners) several times. Then when we were finally ready he came out on a Saturday and started to fill the pool. The old liner we were using was not going to stretch and the liner ripped. We were devistated. Jim gave us advice on how to proceed and we followed his suggestions and a week later (again on a Saturday) he came in the evening to fill our pool. He finished the job at 9pm. Jim came out and filled my pool. He was professional and did a great job! I usually try to fill my pool in March or April to avoid the rush of people, but due to some maintenance needs it was June this year. I am very happy to have my pool filled with city water as it takes more chemicals and a lot of time to fill it with my well water. I will call him back the next time I need to fill it up.
