We were at work each time he came so how could we? To top it all off the pool was open but not completely cleaned. There was still tons of vacuuming that needed to be done and it was disgusting the way he left it. However, he told us he was done cleaning it and it was our turn now. Yes that's right he said it was our turn to take it over when it wasn't even fully cleaned. I found out that they were in and out in less than 10 min and never vacuumed or brushed the walls of my pool. Their website says: Service Includes: Testing of pool water chemistry Addition of chemicals needed for water balance Skimming of pool surface Vacuuming of pool floor Alternating weeks of waterline cleaning and wall brushing Cleaning of pump and skimmer baskets Backwashing of filter as needed I let them know what happened and sent a video attachment. They offered to give me a credit for one service. They had been out over 20 times. Remember to Inspect what you expect, if you choose to hire them in the future.

Overall we've had a great relationship with this local, family-owned business. In general the pool looks fabulous when they are done cleaning it. More than a few times it has been jaw-dropping sparkling clean. Jan is always responsive to our phone calls with questions and issues. They've responded quickly to a few emergency needs. They are there to teach you how to do things yourself, or they can take care of everything for you which I appreciate. I'm somewhere in the middle so they price accordingly if I do a lot of the prep work for opening and closings. They also really know their stuff when it comes to pool chemistry and do free testings on your water. Bottom line is I trust these guys and they are the only company that I go to for advice or to service my pool.
