Unless you meet with her yourself, you will never know how kind, caring, and attentive she is. I have not been with a doctor in recent years who cares so much about her patients. You don't have to wait 2 1/2 months to see her. How about only days, not months? She listens to everything you have to say and then acts according to your wishes. Not next week, not next month, but the same day. She has even called me at home to follow up on important labs and health referrals. How refreshing this is in a time of 20-minute doctor visits with a doctor who is so overwhelmed with patients and bureaucracy that he is hard to reach in an emergency (most of them). The first few times, this was exactly what I did and paid my co-pay. Then they started billing differently (without informing me) and I started receiving bills stating that I owed additional to my co-pay. To see the PA? So it was now costing almost double out of pocket to see the PA instead of my MD. I filed an appeal through insurance and the medical office denied the appeal. Their office manager (who I have I have only spoken to once) said she would contact me after she spoke to billing. She never did. Such a shame, my doctor was wonderful. The office is a different story.

All hospitals she has been affiliated with say she no longer works there, and the number for her own office (the number on this Yelp listing) will always result in a voicemail saying you called outside of office hours, even DURING the listed office hours. No one will ever answer your voicemails. Dr. Lund - if you are no longer in practice, please remove yourself from the provider directories and update your Google/Yelp listings. I had the misfortune of being auto assigned to you at a location you are no longer at, and my insurance is refusing to give me a new primary care physician. I have been struggling to get care for months because of you. Update: The voicemail was changed shortly after I left this review but no one returned my call. I was able to call the direct provider line and Dr. Lund was very short and rude with me over the phone. No empathy or consideration for the trouble and blaming me for not being able to get care. She said she would have her staff call me back. When they did they said they got only one voicemail from me, but couldn't call back because I didn't leave my information. IIRC the last voicemail I ever left was asking them to remove themselves from the provider directory if they were closed. I had been calling constantly the entire month of October and most of November, leaving my information each time, and not once did someone answer the phone, or call me back when I did in fact leave my information.
