Around the time of my appointment, we had severe thunderstorms in our area with a significant amount of rainfall. The owner called to advise that the company had been inundated with sewer backup issues from the heavy rains and asked if my appointment could be re-scheduled so they could focus on those in need. We rescheduled the appointment for just a few days later and after their normal business hours. They arrived on time, completed the job in a timely manner, gave me tips and points on how to keep our drains cleaned AND gave me a significant discount as compensation for having to re-schedule the appointment. Our sewage ejector system supporting our basement failed and we were in immediate of help to both…read moreclean out the existing system and replace the failed pumps. Not only did our sewage ejector pumps fail, the monitoring/warning system did not work due to having been wired into the same circuit as the pump, and the pump was tripping the circuit breaker. This was clearly a faulty design and until now this system was a mystery to me. Fortunately we discovered the issue prior to any waste water getting onto the floor. I called our traditional plumber who claims to repair/replace sewage ejector systems and the plumber sent to our home had no clue what to do. Realizing this application required special skills I did some research and found Clog Commandos. Their ratings were good and they even had a case study on their web site demonstrating a prior sewage ejector system issue they handled. Clog Commandos came out the next day, assessed the situation and put a temporary solution in place to restore the systems capabilities until the new system arrived. This could have been a very expensive, time consuming, messy project but Clog Commandos responded quickly and made the process simple and understandable. During the entire process no waste water was exposed to the interior of the home and no damages were incurred. Clog Commandos kept the scene neat, tidy and sanitary! Each of the employees I worked with were extremely professional and good communicators. I would highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone.

I had my hot water heater go out and Orr came out and scoped out the situation and determined the…read moreneeded parts & labor. They returned the next day at the agreed to time and proceeded to do a good job installing the new hot water heater. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I was somewhat concerned about the age of all the connecting pipes, but it wasn't an issue, even though their technicians were able to determine that my bad heater dated back to 1986 (I'm only the second owner and I've owned the house since 1995). Under the circumstances I was very pleased with the timely response from Orr Plumbing. But this story is not quite finished, after cleaning up most of the water and associated damage, I determined there was still a leak and it was causing a riverlet across my basement floor. Upon further investigation, I was able to determine that the source of the leak was the main inside shut-off valve. I called Orr and ended up speaking with Mr. Orr. He gave me a quote for replacing the valve. When the technicians showed up, they determined they could rebuild the valve at a much lower price, so I had them do the work. They even sent a technician to my house a few days later to pick up a check as the check I left them was for the original amount, which they didn't take on the day they performed the work. A very nice piece of customer service in the eyes of this customer. Thanks Orr Plumbing for quick and good service, they were straight shooters to do business with. I will definitely call them again the next time I am in need of plumbing services.
