We had a great time on each line you get 2 runs. Please wear comfortable shoes as you'll be hiking up the hillside. Its the dirt and loose rocks. When you get done with that they've got an obstacle course including the Miley ball. Lol its a big giant yellow metal ball, hard to miss. Looks like they're putting up more things to do there. Im sorry the only name that stands out is Tarzan. You'll know him when you see him, hair no shoes or shirt. But the entire staff are really nice helpful and knowledgeable people. ENJOY.... read more

If there were options for extra stars I would give them as many as possible. This place was an adventure (not for cowards, which it turns out I kind of am). There was hiking and zip lines and ninja warrior courses. I think calling this Zipline adventures understates the whole experience. Yes, there were amazing 2000 foot zip lines, but there were also one of the most amazing ropes courses, water fun, and hikes imaginable. My wife had zip lining on her bucket list, so we signed up for this, and it was completely worth it. The 4 people who run the place are extremely friendly, but also pushed us to do things that seemed incredibly scary. I'm very glad we came here, and I want to bring my kids next time. I made reservations here during my parent's recent visit. They are in their late 60s but have been zip lining several times and love it. The advertisement for the place claims several rides on three lines that have been ridden by people up to 80 years old. This led me to believe that these lines would also be accessible to my parents. Sadly, this wasn't the case. It is a steep and treacherous hike for older people, both recovering from recent surgeries. $80 is a horrible rip off for two people to ride one zipline once each. The terrain was too rugged for them, so they were forced to wait for three hours while the rest of the group participated in the high ropes adventure course. My partner and I are young and active, so we had a great time. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, this trip was planned special for my parent's visit. I never would have made arrangements had I known that this place is only 5% zip lining and 95% high ropes course. Furthermore, we were not offered any kind of refund despite false advertising. That strikes me as unprofessional. For this reason, I am unsure whether we would return or recommend this place to others. read more

Lava Zipline Adventures is an experience like none other, constantly evolving and changing as it's eccentric/brilliant owner Milan and his fearless right-hand man Collin build out visions of what could be. The main attractions are the ziplines and ropes course, all hand designed and crafted by Milan and team. But the fun does not end there... This place is much more than a zipline. With the help of Keanu and Colin, Milan runs an engaging business where you get your money's worth. Milan is a great entertainer, Keanu asked everyone's name and then remembered them, and Colin facilitated and taught the proper way to navigate the zipline and ropes course. They kept everyone engaged for the entire 3 1/2 hours by rotating activities and not spending too long in any one place. My family came here when traveling through Idaho on a road trip. Absolutely not a disappointment and my personal favorite part of the trip. Although all ages are welcome, it may be a challenge for older folk. You get picked up in an army truck which has limited seating, a quarter of us had to stand with nothing to hold onto, which for me was super fun, nothing I've even experienced in Oregon. You arrive to the location and get strapped up in zip line gear and ride two sets of zip lines twice each. All four of the workers were extremely helpful, kind, and pushing everyone to face any fears they have. We then head to a large sky obstacle. The main guy told us that finishing it meant you were 80% ninja. I love a challenge but it was way harder than expected, which again, I love. Usually sky courses are too easy for me and a lot of other younger people so I was excited to test my limits. There was also a bungee jumping like activity which both my sister and I tried, a balance bridge, and a swinging cage that people stand inside of as well as hold on to the outside and fly. There is also a few water stations which were extremely convenient for drinking as well as cooling down. 10/10 would recommend and would love to do it again. Milan and Collin were great. Even with it being cold they still made it a lot of fun. If you go in the winter dress like you are going skiing i.e. snow boots, heavy coats and layers. The ride from town to the place is really cold so prepare well for that. Taking a pad for your butt would be a good idea :) Overall it was a lot of fun. We'll definitely be back in the summer to experience this with warmer weather. read more

Milan and crew were amazing. Would highly recommend this place. The ziplines were awesome. The mini bungee jump was great for beginners like me. This was an AMAZING DAY! My wife, 2 boys and I loved every bit of this day from the zip lines to the ropes course, to the bag races, bungee drop thingy, swinging ball thingy... it was awesome! Go see Milan (sp?) and his crew. They rock! read more
