I have been a loyal customer from another propane dealer. During a severe winter storm we were out of propane for cooking and heat. a full week went by and they said we would have to wait while I was in line for them to come. Then before they came we had another storm. Finally I was told that if I paid 100.00 dollars they would be there within an hour. I was really pissed but I had to pay the money. It never left my head nor the bad feelings I had for this company. I decided to get a generator installed and Hanson(Supreme) Fuel was suggested to me. They came down suggested where to put the generator and other cosmetic thing. They were great Steve gave me a total run down and Paul who serviced the entire construction was nothing less than great. He was more than helpful, polite, and courteous. He is a tremendous asset to this company. I have seen some bad reviews with this company and I really think they are bogus reviews from competitive companies. I am also in the service industry and have bogus reviews from people we have never seen. This is a really good company. read more

This is the worse company ever!! On several occasions I ordered 150 gals of oil because that's all I could afford and they fill my entire tank and make me pay for it even though it's their mistake!! Awful company with very bad ethics!!! Don't order oil from them they'll just deliver more than you ordered and make you pay for it!!! Terrible company!! read more

Amanda was extremely unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. I asked for info to contact someone and she would not provide an to ask a question on why a certain situation happened, and she declined, only offering to have someone call me. I would have liked to email the owner to inform him of the situation at my home. But that was not an option from Amanda. Her response was we can take the tank off your property? That wasn't even close to what the call was about. Dont waste you're time and money. read more

I've been a propane customer for two years and needed emergency service twice on my furnace, middle of a winter storm and on the weekend! Both times, a service tech arrived as quick as he could. I find the office friendly, responsive and helpful. I'm retired and live alone. I appreciate the willingness to take care of customers. read more

Absolutely horrible. This "company" provides the absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The girls in the office are utterly rude and very very unprofessional. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office when you need to yet they are very quick to collect payment. The answering service they use is just as bad. After calling the office repeatedly several times, I was finally connected to the answering service. They told me the office was open but couldn't handle their call volume. I spoke with a woman named sherry and she was the ipitomy of unprofessional; mocking me and asking me to spell my name because "well there's eighty different ways to spell your name ma'am". Needless to say, after this winter I will no longer be using this terrible company. I DO NOT WHATSOEVER recommend using this company. read more

New home owner and the fist thing we see from this company is a letter threatening to lockout our propane tank if we don't contact them. We had only been in the house for 3 weeks. So I call Thursday and they say a rep will contact me my wife calls Friday and is told a rep will call her. Sunday morning and I go to use the fuel we paid for at the closing left in the tank and Hanson Fuel disconnected the tank and locked the valve.... Yes now that is the way to gain clientele, not!!!!!!! read more

I have natural gas so I am not even a regular customer.However, both times my furnace broke in freezing cold temperatures, Hanson fuel immediately sent someone out to fix it! Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. The lady was rude and started yelling at me. Never in any business should a customer service rep yell at a customer. I was questioning what they say was delivered to my house. There was nothing written on the ticket. The driver called and said he forgot to hit a button. So I guess I'm supposed to trust them. NOT. I had a credit with this company. When I called for delivery we were clear to deduct my credit. I had my money order ready for the remaining amount. When the delivery truck came the guy insisted I pay the full amount. I explained I had a credit with the company he said he knows nothing about it, I said let me call your secretary briefly, he replied he has no time for that pay in full or call and schedule for the following week. I ended up having to give the remaining in cash. When I called the office the secretary said these guys are tired and he wasn't aware of the credit. I replied I understand but someone neglected to communicate that I had the credit and there was no need for him to come off rude. She said well it's done you'll have credit to use before the expiration date, I said but the problem is I may not need to order oil before the expiration date so I'll be out on money I have there for credit, she said well mam' it's your choice, these guys are tired and we're busy, I said ok I understand but geesh everyone is being rude this is bad customer service she said 'WELL FIND ANOTHER VENDOR"! and hung up on me. I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. No matter how tired and busy they were that was just horrible customer service. read more

last january i moved back to my home in hanson i needed my burner serviced so i decided to deal with someone local so i called hanson fuel what a mistake they sent a tech named joe over to my house he cleaned my furnace and replaced a part to the tune of 600.00 the next day my furnace still wasnt working properly so i called the office at nite and the guy who answered was looking up my account and stated i wasnt a customer of theirs i guess 600.00 i spent wasnt enough to put me in customer status so he reluctantly sent joe back he did more work to the tune of 500.00 well here i am a year later and i called someone else not so local he was there the next morning replaced the exact same part as hanson fuel did and cleaned my furnace to the sum of 265.00 bottom line mr jackass who answered the phone at hanson fuel your right im not a customer of yours fortunate for me im a local businessman so mi have been spreading the word about my experience and plan to keep on spreading the word thanks hanson fuel read more
