That's when we called Tom's heating and cooling and had Tom himself come in and take a look at it. We were thinking we were in for having to get a buy a new air conditioner. So we were really pleased when he said that all he thought it was is a faulty thermostat and to take it back and get a new one. He was right, got the new one in and the air conditioner turned right on. Tom saved us a lot of time and money I would highly recommend Tom's heating and cooling.

When they serviced my furnace, the technician said it was deficient and that it either had to be repaired or replaced. A B tag was put on it and Embridge gas was contacted. That means I had 90 days to fix the furnace or the gas would be shut off in our house. The repair bill oddly was more expensive than to replace which is quite odd. Repair was 7000. Replace was 5000. Who would you choose to repair when they can get a new one for cheaper? I decided to get a second opinion and the registered technician said it was a scam and the furnace did not need to be replaced or fixed. He had the B tag removed. He also said the quote for the repair was way above what it should be.
