Yesterday after work my two drivers side wheels and tires were jacked and my car was left to balance on a stock Honda car jack. I contacted Ruben at HAP Auto Recycling and he got me two 05 Acura TL stock wheels and good used tires for $200.00 out the door. He even threw in 10 lug nuts which equates to about $50.00 at Auto Zone. I'm definitely coming back for all my Acura needs. HAP Auto Recycling rocks! Paul~

Bunch of crooks. Called in for part, double the price when I came in person. Told him I would browse other yards in the area to compare quality and price and I was told I would have to pay an additional fee and didn't appreciate people "wasting" their time. Seems to be a common trend here to be threatened. read more

These people are crooks, they give you one price over the phone and when about to pay they pretty much double the price, it happened multiple times. Their online prices are deceiving, they don't honor them, they say they didn't have time to change them. They do lower the price if paid in cash, since you don't have to pay the sales tax. I'm sure their reviews are fake, they offer $5 off for a good review, yet they don't have that many reviews, they probably pay Yelp to take the bad reviews off. They have been in business for a long time they should have hundreds of reviews. AH Parts is the way to go. read more

AVOID AT ALL COST. Everyone in the shop seems to have woken up upset and unwilling to help. I showed up for a part and they wanted $50 more then the highest price I got from other locations. Trouble was the interior color I needed didn't match. I showed the guy at this location the lower prices for the same part just different colors and they were just rude and unwilling to come down at all. Save time and money and go somewhere else, I ended up going to AH around the corner for much better service and much much better prices. read more

Rep who answered was nice but inflated price of part by $100. When I confronted her about it she went silent and said goodbye. Always check www.CAR-PART.com to verify price. Bad bad bad customer service especially RUBEN I wish I have the option of giving them no star. I called early morning to check if he has a part in stock, he claimed he does and will hold it for me. I drove 45 mins to pick it up, he said he will have it up front with my name on it, he didn't mentioned anything about waiting so they can take the part offs. We end up waiting for 30 mins and decided to ask what's taking so long, he told us oh we don't have the part our inventory unorganized right now and we thought we do but we don't have it. Didn't even apologize and just sent us across the street saying the place across seems like they have one in stock. F**ken jerk!! read more

It's smog check up the road, and so I needed to drive it about 50 miles or so to "reset the car's computer, " before it would pass . I decided to stop here for an oil change before I did that, as the car was way overdue. I was helped by Mike. He's helped me before, he's always thorough, friendly, and helpful. He got me checked in, he told me the different options for an oil change, and I told him which one I wanted. They did the oil change, and I was out in about 15 to 20 minutes. The price was extremely reasonable. Everything was great. Before I left, on the side, I happened to mention that I had needed the oil change because of the smog check. He said, oh, before you take the car back to the smog shop, stop in here, we will do a pretest to make sure you drove enough to reset the computer. I said, no charge? Nope That was nice of him. I drove 45 miles "up the hill" to Pollock Pines, to look at all of the pretty new snow. I came back, it took less than five minutes to do the pretest, and he told me, "green lights all the way." I took the car back to the smog shop and passed with flying colors. As I mentioned, I've always gotten great service here at Danny's. Thank you, Mike, for taking that extra step for me. I truly appreciate it. I will be back.

This was every stereotype of the worst car buying experience anyone could have potentially had. The…read moresales team initially contacted me about a vehicle I was purchasing that had arrived but then was accidentally given to someone else. This was frustrating, but they tried in good faith to make it right. The closing/finance team was atrocious. Armando tried to fast-talk his way into every upsell and markup possible, would not take ownership of multiple typos, numerical mistakes, and inaccuracies in legal DMV paperwork, trying to fast-talk his way through it, blaming others for giving me inaccurate info, and making multiple mistakes despite blatant/flagrant errors. When asked for a supervisor, he got his friend/colleague, a younger, red-headed gentleman who presented himself as a supervisor/manager and who had a terrible attitude and dismissed me with his arms crossed. When an actual manager arrived, they did make some efforts to make things right by having a supervisor review the signing paperwork with me - ultimately even more numerical and objective errors were found in paperwork review (incorrect contract/purchase date submitted to the DMV!). If you find yourself deciding to purchase a car from this dealership, be incredibly wary of the finance/closing department. Scrutinize EVERY DETAIL and EVERY LINE, as they will use the terms "standard, included, mandatory, free, optional" in every manipulative and deceptive way to get you to say, "screw it" and push through to sign paperwork. Dealt with them lying to my face and trying to get me to like it for 5 hours. If you get the younger, red-headed/sandy haired guy or Armando, just assume they are lying to you and scamming from the handshake onward. 0 stars, negative stars if possible.

Customer service here comes with hostility and is a one way conversation, no room for negotiations. They foolishly pride themselves to be higher than society while selling people's garbage for absurd prices and regularly threaten people to buy now or pay more later. They fail to realize they are not the only dismantlers in the area. This place is filled with crooks and thieves. Shopping around Recycle Rd and stumbled upon this place unfortunately. Got a price on a part and told him I will think about it, got unreasonably angry and threatened me with fees and upcharges if decide to come back in buy it. Ruben Garcia is very unprofessional brought in my ABS pump to be re-manufactured it felt after two weeks called spoke with Ruben. He didn't want to fix it at all. Had me come into the store. Only to wait for him. And then have the authorities called on me. This is something that he must do all the time to have me trespassed because he didn't want to deal with me asking for my money back because he should be responsible for the part failing method just two weeks and cover the labor cost as well because the part should have been tested before giving back to me. I would definitely stay away from this place now I have to turn them into the bureau of automotive in the Better Business Bureau as well as take him to court. He thinks this is over.
