We just rented a combo jump castle for our 4 year old's birthday party and it was such a hit even the parents jumped in. The process was so easy and smooth and the price was great. They came and set up hours before the party and came to pick up later in the evening. You get a lot of jump time for what you pay! They even set up a very large blue tarp cover to avoid getting muddy feet which was perfect since I completely forgot about that. Every employee we spoke with was kind and professional. We rented a water slide from Happily Ever After Jumps last year for my daughter's birthday party. The booking process was easy enough, but I was extremely surprised that no one contacted me the day before to coordinate dropping the slide off, so I just assumed it would be delivered at my requested time. They ended up showing up over an hour before that time. Thankfully, I saw the delivery guy on my ring camera and was able to call and wake my husband up, because I was out running errands. The slide was a hit, and I was appreciative that they showed up a little later than requested to pick up the slide, but when the pickup guy left, he turned our hose back on to wash off his feet and then left it on. It was already dark, and I did not think to check that it was off (because why would you leave it on). We discovered it the next morning, so unfortunately we will not be booking with them again. We have rented from another company in the past, but that company didn't have the slide I wanted this particular year, so we decided to try a company I had seen highly recommended by acquaintances. First of all, I was such a slack mom and waited until the last minute to rent a jump castle. I looked around and couldn't find anything. To be honest, after seeing other companies prices I was a little hesitant to rent from here. That being said, this company has WAY more jump castles to choose from including the Disney Princess one we got. Not only that but the customer service was amazing and the guys did an awesome job setting up and taking down the castle. I would absolutely recommend this company and would pay $20-30 more again any day! This one was actually a foot bigger on all sides than the other one we thought about too. I originally booked for a Saturday but due to rain, I had to reschedule my event for the next day and the process was so easy and wonderfully handled. The delivery guy was polite and friendly and more than on time. My event was scheduled to start at noon and he delivered and set everything up between 1115 to 1130.
