WORST manicure I've ever had and the WORST customer service. I made an appointment for a dip manicure with Lily (the owner). I had a dip manicure on which she didn't soak off - I questioned her and she said to just do a "fill". It's not how I typically get them done but I obliged. She "filled" the growth with clear dip powder. She had me go under the UV light for the base coat, which I questioned but again obliged. She had me go wash my hands and when I came back she had gel bottles of color, not the dip powder. I told her I did not want gel and I want dip. She insisted it's better and won't chip. I told her I booked a dip manicure, not a gel manicure and she told me she already did the dip (referring to the clear she applied to fill the gap). In the end she gave me a gel manicure, but not even a good one. She did a horrible job shaping them (not the shape I asked for) and the gel is incredibly thick and lumpy. I told her how it looked bad and you could see the gap where she "filled it" and she tried to put more polish on it. I told her no because it already looks super thick. She made no apologies. She then told me it was $25. I should have refused to pay but I gave her my card. I see my reciept and see $45. I told her I thought she said $25. I exclaimed "$45 for this"! I didn't tip and walked out. After I tried to cool off, I came back in. She eventually offered to redo it but I told her I had no time to sit there and soak off and redo it as my daughter would be up from her nap soon and I'm leaving town the next morning. I should age demanded a refund, but I didn't. I told her I was disappointed in my nails and service and she couldn't care less. I would NOT recommend Lily or this nail salon. read more

Me and my friend went in for manicures and the women who did my nails felt very condescending. She asked me to pay before actually painting my nails and there wasn't a clear way to tip, which means I didn't do it (I very much so would have if the opportunity was presented to me, but I was pretty uncomfortable at that point and insecure) then when she actually painted my nails they came out lumpy (which I can assume she didn't care much about how they turned out considering I already paid and didn't give a tip) the experience overall felt very rushed and I don't feel happy with the end product read more

Made an appointment in advance and was seated right away. Problem is both my gel manicure chipped and my pedicure was scratched just next week. It usually lasts me 4-6 weeks at least. When making payment the last that appeared to be the owner wasn't friendly. I think if they expect cash only it should be stated on their website or shared when taking the appointment or at least before starting the service. They asked me to go to an atm that's not in their shop to get cash. I ended up paying for service in Venmo and offering the cash I had as tip. Considering how low the prices are, it's amazing what they are able to accomplish! They do get busy because they are affordable, but I've never been skimped on the quality of service. I book my appointments ahead of time and I never have to wait. Elise is my nail tech, I don't get my nails done from anyone else BUT I have had some of the other women do my pedicures and they honestly always come out great. I have never been a fan of happiness, Nails in general, but my girlfriend goes there(used to go) frequently and she booked six services last Saturday for my birthday. When we got there for our appointments at 12:30 there was not one person ready or available. Place was PACKED! We waited and finally a few got seated and we couldn't all sit together. They finally came to me a little after 1:00 after no apologies and then my friend they did not come over until 120 almost an hour after our appointment so she decided not to even do a service at all. it was unacceptable and sad that these places just take anybody that walks in over appointments I don't even know why people bother to make appointments. My manicure was horrible! One of the worst ever it literally took the lady about 10 minutes to do it. I use my own polish, olive and June other nail salons. It lasted almost 2 weeks. This one is already chipping and needs another coat after three days. Overall I would not recommend this place unless you just wanna run in for a quick color change but even then, you're gonna wait if they tell you, it's only five minutes it could be 30. read more

I really enjoyed this visit to Happiness nails! They were able to get me right in for a gel pedicure and my good friend in right away for a full acrylic set. They were not too busy and the atmosphere was very calming. The lady did a great job with my pedicure and it looked perfect when I got done. I got the deluxe pedicure and the massage that came with it was just what I needed! The only downside was that the pedicure itself took awhile, about fifty minutes. I had a wonderful experience there! I came in around 445, no wait, plenty of technicians on hand. I asked for a very specific design, camouflage for the Marine Corps ball. My son requested that I get 3 color combos, (deserts, forests and the American flag) so I had to oblige. I love what I got! I had 2 ladies work on me! Where else does that happen?! The lady whose name I already forgot did my fill, shape, cuticle and main coats ( hers is the first station to the left) and Elyse did my camo design. I love the care and attention to detail and to client requests. When I asked the receptionist if my son's design was possible, she conversed with several ladies to really make sure before promising me something just to take my money. I am brand new to the area and had to establish a new nail salon. It's always tough to find a great one because there are so many. But my friend recommended this location, and it does not disappoint! They have a few different pedicure options, but I chose the one that does an amazing scrub, 10 minute massage, paraffin dip, foot mask, plus to spoil myself I added a little bit of extra massage time. This place is a secret gem! I stumbled upon this place while searching Yelp and I can't wait to start coming here frequently! I've of course have already told 3 of my friends to go... First off, they are a very new and clean salon. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I came in to get a spa pedicure, usually $15 but they have a coupon for $13. I had Lisa do my toes and she was extremely thoughtful and did a fantastic job! They are located right by the coffee bean in the sprouts shopping center and I been here for less than a year. The owner was there and he was very thoughtful and kind.
