I couldn't decide on the design I wanted but she was patient with me and helped me lay out my options. She told me exactly what she was doing and made sure to ask if I wanted something before doing it. She made them almost identical to the reference photo (the black background) . I was late 10 minutes late but she got me out within an hour. These are my favorite nails I've ever gotten. They were really expensive for gel extensions and the design though but they're so well done.

The vibe in the salon was great! All of the ladies working in the shop were so fun and upbeat and chatty. The environment was great and it made me feel better after having a hard day. The salon interior is also clean and tidy. The gel mani was done by Tory. She is so detailed. I can tell she has very high standards for her work and is very skilled. She was precise and I noticed that she paid extra attention to cleaning up the gel with a brush to make sure it didn't get on my skin. Her attention to detail can be rare to find at other salons. I don't have pictures of my pedicure but it was okay - I didn't love how my nails were shaped but it was fine and the polish stayed on for a long time which was great. The pedicure was good overall. This was definitely the best nail salon I've tried in north county and I will have to come back another time.

My big toe nail is cut like Gumby's head, sloped. I have two toe nails broken, one all the way down to the cuticle, one only partially painted and nail polish all over my cuticles! She used super glue to hold the toe nails back together. I commented there was nail polish al over my skin and she barely cleaned it off. $50.00! $50.00 for a pedi that will have to be corrected at another salon. Insane! At least the tools were sterile. However, I'm not sure about the sander that was on her Dremel. I think it was used.
