I had a dip mani. In less than a week, the top coat started peeling off. Just the top coat. The technician removed the top coat, put a new top coat then proceeded to add a white gel. Mind you, I had a dip not gel. I asked what is she doing and she told me the white dip was not a good one and think the gel is better. If so she should have taken off the dip instead of doing a band aid solution. Or given me a choice of another color dip. A week later, three nails had the whole tip come off like they were tips. I glued them back on since I was out of town. Came in when the fourth one came off to address the issue. The solution was to just glue the nail back on. Asked for the owner and was told he/she is not available nor can I call him/her. This is not acceptable to me that the business owner cannot be reached nor the solution to just glue the nail back on. I went into to try their zen nails and within 2 weeks, the gel on one nail lifted off. I went back in and the nail tech explained that the previous tech hadn't let the gel dry enough between coats. This time however I left with very uneven nail surfaces. I go somewhere else for builder gel. I used to love this place but the quality seems to have gone downhill. read more

I asked for a regular manicure and I guess that was my mistake. I left with thick, uneven polish. My manicurist was pleasant enough, but rushed. Two nails got messed up during the manicure because she was rushing and she just added more and more polish to fix it. Not recommended for natural nails. read more

Just left my nail appointment and I've been coming here for years. I won't be returning. The woman charged me $50 for a "spa pedicure" which lasted 17 minutes without a massage or really anything more than a polish change. When I mentioned my concern I was ignored my staff and my technician, Rita. Terrible customer service. If my manicurist wasn't good I would give them 1/5 stars. Not from the area and my daughter and I had our nails and toes done. As soon as we came in the lady with the clipboard was not friendly and after sharing with her what we wanted to have done she was short and told us to wait. My nail tech was okay and nice. I was just getting gel own nails. I have super strong nails too so the only thing I don't like is she filed my nails to much to the point where my nails are now very thin and keep chipping/breaking. i have never had this problem:) The biggest complaint is from my 17 yr old daughter who does nails for friends and herself back home. She was extremely upset and disappointed with everything. They filed her nails to thin to the point it hurt, cuticles were cut to short where they bled. The designs she wanted were not good she even had to show the nail tech how to do it. She felt bad telling the least she wanted to stop so kept going even through the pain. Wish we had a different experience but unfortunately did not. Now both my daighter and I are dealing with weak nails breaking off waiting patiently for our new nail growth. read more

Ron! He's so nice and he did such a great job. He's busy, I'm pretty sure you need an appointment with him. He's off Monday and Thursdays so keep that in mind. Every time I've been subjected to rude, mean and extremely unprofessional personnel, including the person when I check out. have arthritis in my hands and all three times I've had to ask more than once to be gentle, and have had cuts that have bled with my cuticles. The lady who's done me pedicure all 3 times is wonderful. The salon is 4 minutes from my house, and the lady who's done my pedicures kept me coming back hoping things would improve, it didn't. So my daughter and I walk in to just get polish changes, because we didn't need pedicures just a color change, and the receptionist was very perturbed about this. (They like to do pedicures because they make more money from pedicures, as opposed to polish changes.) We say no it's OK. She said, 'OK, go pick the color. ' We walk over to pick a color and she says, ' Go sit down at number 3 and 4.' We hadn't picked out our color yet , and I said, 'we're just picking out our color' and she said 'go sit down, we have customers coming in!' So we quickly pick the color, and hurry to sit down, and then the woman doing my daughter's nails didn't say a word to her the entire time, and as soon as she was done, she left the cotton strips between her toes, didn't bother to take them off, & as we walked out, my daughter's nail chipped off. My daughter went back in and they blamed it on her, not on the work. Then when we got home, the entire nail polish on her big toe came off. It's sad, because this is our neighborhood nail place, but we definitely won't be returning. read more

I'm not one to usually leave a review, but my pedicure was not well done. I asked for a gel builder to make my big toe nails the same, but she said she'll do acrylic. I'm like, ok, sure, trust the process. I honestly think it's because she didn't want to spend the time on it. When I got home,I noticed that my original nail was still popping out and that my left toenail is kind of crooked. It's now been 3 weeks and there is a space between the acrylic and my real nail is growing past it even more. I will try another place that won't be in such a rush to leave read more

I have gone here for the last 6 months trying many of their nail people. I have been up charged from 35-40 for nails to 55 for something that looks the same but apparently is a better dip for your nails. Today, a gal I used before named Vicky, did the 55 dip but apparently decided she'd add a shape for an extra 5 for making them look curved and awfully painful without telling me it would be more money, $60 and looks awful as well as it hurts around my nails! They have always been late when I make an appt, up to 1/2 hour. It's packed in there so they don't need the business, but I'm bummed because I thought it would be a good place close to my house. I think they try to upsell you and really don't care about you at all. I'm sorry I left my old place to try something new. They time your pedicure too, and every minuets over 5 min is extra. Heading back to my old place who appreciated clients and didn't try to upsell everything and late for every appointment. read more

After getting dip nails with designs, my nail design started peeling 3 days after i got them. At least 4 fingers peeled by the time I was able to get back in to fix it in a week. My original nail tech Dana was not there, so they had someone else to help me. They told me because Dana was not available, they would not be able to fix my nails with the original designs she did, so they asked me to do a more simple design if I wanted to fix it, I was fine with that. I chose a simple French tip. I was expecting to pay tips for my new nail lady, especially because she did a very nice job, but I don't think it was right to charge me for the service when I paid $85 dollars for nail designs that lasted me 3 days. When I was checkin out, the lady at the front desk wanted to charge me for the service because it was considered a "different design" well it wasn't my choice to redo a whole new design if someone there was capable of fixing my current design, which is much harder to do and would be free?... It didn't make any sense to me but I didn't want to argue so I just paid. We'll see how long the repaired nails last... read more

Should be ZERO STARS. This nail salon ruined my nails. The technician did not know what she was doing and applied tap gel incorrectly over tips and a day later they were all cracking and unstable. They hurt and two nails broke off causing pain. I was out of town and called when I got back into town, showed them photos & they made an appt. with another technician. When I arrived, they were unwilling to do anything!!! Would not refund, would not do anything except add tips to the two nails that were broken & bleeding. The owner wouldn't help and I walked out with their mistake to go have my nails fixed by another salon. THE WORST BUSINESS! I am sooooo disappointed. After coming here for every few weeks for the past months, I have decided it's time to try somewhere else. It's a nice place and seemingly clean. Initially, I had a technician named JENNIFER who worked on my toes. They were perfect. And I'm a hard person to please. I added a manicure next visit and wanted them both to be done by Jennifer. They both turned out well. From then on, each time I got a service done, something turned out wrong. Sometimes, it would be messy cuticles or polish being applied so far from the cuticle that it looked like it had grown in about a week. (I usually relax and don't pay attention so it was too late to point out the mistakes). About a month ago, the gel mani started chipping about 3 days after I got it done. After about 10 days since I last went in, I had to go in since the multiple nails were chipping. She convinced me to do build up gel saying it would last a long time and not chip. After a few days, I noticed that the surface is not smooth at all. It's all bumpy. And one of my big toes got infected and I had to clean it out every day for a week until it started to feel better. Even though the spa is clean, in hindsight, I have never seen the technicians sanitizing their equipment. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND THE LACK OF EFFORT TO DETAIL. Quick points on why I'm giving a 1 star: - Waited 30 minutes (this was with an appointment) - rude front desk manager - "clean" salon (but when you look closer you'll notice that they never disinfect the tools when they are busy and move from customer to customer without going to the back sometimes) big red flag and grounds for not returning alone! - super rushed services when they are busy, not relaxing at all - understaffed which is why there's a wait & rushed services in my opinion - I have been cut several different times by the drills/ techs not being gentle when doing gel/dip nails. After being a long time customer I fear I may never come back here. My last experience was the final straw. This place appears clean and most of the nail techs appear to be friendly.. at least for your first couple visits... and then boom it goes soooo downhill after that. Very disappointing last visit for $100+ and won't be returning. Save your money and go elsewhere ladies. read more
