I made an appointment yesterday with Flora Blanc. If you are a new client, just don't make an appointment. I was very excited until I walked through the front door. There was some type of 6 inch by 8 inch stand alone door stopper that I tripped on. That was not fun. I'm a new client. Here is my experience. Not a five star establishment!! Zoom in to the polish in the picture. 1. I called to confirm my appointment. I asked if there was parking. The woman said yes we have plenty of parking downstairs. She did not inform me that the parking for the building is paid parking. Include an extra $6 for your mani and pedi if it extends over an hour or free park on the street. 2. I enter the salon. No one greeted me. 3. I finally walked over to the desk. The lady behind the desk did not greet me. She asked my name and I was told to sit down. I asked her about the parking. She bluntly said, "oh it's free parking for 1 hour. 4. No one offered me anything. Not a beverage, nothing! 5. They finally called my name and pointed from a far to the seat that I should sit in for my service. Oh my goodness. I was plopped in the chair with no water in the pedicure tub and no tech in site. How rude! 6. The nail tech doing my pedicure seemed very miserable. Judging by my pedicure, she must of had quite the bad morning by 11:00 AM. I felt so bad when I should have felt so relaxed. 7. Finally, this horrible attack on my cuticles was over. I thought it could not get any worse until, I saw how thick the polish was and how uneven my toenails were filed 8. $98 later, I was left in the chair with the toe separators in my feet. I wait 17 minutes. I had to pull them out my self and put on my own flip flops then flag someone down to pay for this rude service. 9. The front desk woman was so busy on her phone that I finally shot her a very frustrated look until she finally closed me out. Why do women pay so much money for a sub par service. Don't look for anything special here. The staff is lazy and miserable. Still I was kind enough to leave both a $10 tip each. I would never go back. This picture was taken right after my service. A bit disappointed to say the least. After going without a fill for 4 weeks postpartum, I was really looking forward to a much-needed pampering day, so my friend and I decided to go on a date and tried out this nail salon for the first time. I faithfully get my nails done and pedicures. All in all, my nails took a long time 2 1/2 hours, to be exact. I got a gel fill and gel pedicure; my nail tech had shaved so much off my nails that my skin was burning and inflamed. When I told her that it was burning, she seemed to dismiss me and continued laughing and joking with her colleague, who was working on my pedicure. She couldn't seem to get an even French tip on my nails, and each nail looked different. She insisted on getting a colleague to continue/correct my nails when I told her no, thank you, because I was there past my allotted time and needed to get back home to my newborn baby. My pedicure tech did okay, but she didn't seem very interested in working on my pedicure. However, it has only been a week, and my big toenail is bubbling and has a visible pocket under my nail. It is overpriced for mediocre service. My total was $210, and I decided to tip $25 based solely on the lackluster service I received. Before saying my total, my nail tech looked me up and down and then decided on what she wanted to charge me. I can't help but feel that the service I received and the price I was charged were both due to a little microaggression. Please do better. I am a happy paying customer and a generous tipper regardless of what you may think. read more

I originally left a positive review in exchange for a discount at checkout. While the salon is cute and clean, I ultimately stopped coming because my nails were consistently painful after appointments. I've been getting builder gel/Gel-X for 3+ years, but during my last ~4 visits here, the filing tool was used so aggressively that my nails would heat up and hurt during the appointment, leaving my natural nails extremely thin and sore for 1-2 days afterward. I brought up my concerns multiple times, but unfortunately the issue continued, so I decided to find another salon. read more

I found this spot on Yelp and I am so glad I decided to stop by. There is paid underground parking garage available, and I was able to walk in without an appointment, which was super convenient. The spa itself is beautifully decorated, very cute, and has a fun, girly vibe that makes the whole experience feel relaxing and special. They were also running a promotion, with a sign right at the entrance offering additional discounts, which we always appreciate. I got a gel manicure called "Delight" for $50 and a signature pedicure with regular polish for $55. Emily did my nails, and she was fantastic. It has been two weeks now, and I am still really happy with how everything has held up. There has been no lifting or cracking at all, and I still absolutely love the color. read more

The salon is gorgeous, and everyone was nice, but the quality of work wasn't worth the price. The environment and atmosphere was definitely upscale, but the actual service provided was not up to par. I got a gel pedicure, and the work seemed rushed, and my toes were filed uneven. I think I would try it again just because it's very pretty and I like the water and Madeleine cookie, but if the quality wasn't there again, i wouldn't come back. I read more

ZERO STARS!! Making an appointment with this salon was difficult enough, but the real frustration came afterward. I scheduled an appointment only to find out that they were running behind and could no longer accommodate me. No one proactively communicated the delay or cancellation, despite the fact that I had arranged my schedule around the appointment. Running behind can happen, but failing to notify customers and effectively canceling their appointment at the last minute is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for a client's time. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that others avoid this salon. If they cannot honor scheduled appointments or communicate when there is a problem, there is no guarantee that you will receive the service you booked. There are plenty of businesses that value their customers' time--unfortunately, this is not one of them. read more

This was one of the most concerning salon experiences I've had, and I would strongly advise others to AVOID this place. During my appointment, my nail tech noticed green discoloration under my gel nail and called it "mold." Instead of stopping the service, removing the product, or taking any sanitary precautions, she filed the nail and applied new hard gel directly over it. Covering a potentially infected nail is not only irresponsible, it reflects a serious lack of basic hygiene and safety standards. I went back to address the issue and asked for the product on that nail to be removed. They refused to offer a complimentary removal and told me they would "cover up anything," even if it were an infection. That statement alone should be alarming to anyone considering this salon. They also dismissed the possibility of infection entirely and showed no concern for my nail health. To make matters worse, this wasn't an isolated issue. On multiple previous visits, I told the techs that my nails were lifting. Instead of properly addressing the cause, they repeatedly just added glue over the lifted areas and continued with the service. That kind of shortcut traps moisture and bacteria, and it very likely contributed to the situation I'm now dealing with. A salon that ignores lifting, covers over potential infections, and refuses to take accountability is not maintaining safe or sanitary practices. This goes beyond poor customer service..... it's a health risk. I will not be returning, and I would strongly recommend going somewhere that actually follows proper hygiene standards and prioritizes nail health. read more

Terrible experience. I went in on saturday for a pedicure, and the pedicure felt painful as she used her tools to scrape into the side of my big toenail. The experience felt rushed, and very rough. About 24 hours after my pedicure, my left big toe was swollen, extremely painful, and appeared infected. I'm 3 days past the pedicure, and still experiencing high swelling and pain. What should have been a relaxing experience ended up being a very painful one- and I'm currently closely monitoring my toe for an infection while treating at home with Epsom salt soaks, hydrogen peroxide, and neosporin. A beautiful salon for sure. With a parking garage right behind it. We wanted to love this place, but my pedicure on March 12th 2026, was not very enjoyable. The technician I had was rough, clearly. She cut my toe, and didn't say a word, just kept dowsing some blue liquid on it to stop the bleeding. She also never apologized for cutting me. A few days after this pedicure, as my toe was still sore and throbbing, it started to bleed. I don't understand why anyone doing pedicures needs to use such sharp tools, and if you cut a customer, apologize!! Due to this I would not go back. My advice, hire better people! It's a beautiful place and great location. They need better professionals for sure. read more

I've had the same issue as another reviewer. I got a new Gel X set shortly before Valentine's Day. Within the first week, two nails just fell off which has never happened before. The second week, two more nails fell off. Stunning. For about nine months now, I've been getting a new Gel X set here every time, and every time it lasted 3-4 weeks for me! I went in to get the first two nails repaired which takes time; I also tipped for the first one and then paid for the second one. Now, with two more nails off, I'm over trying to repair and currently trying to get an appointment for a completely new manicure. I'm wondering if you're using a new product/glue? read more
