Then with more back and forth Kailla and I chatted and she just offered to do it onsite at our venue so the flowers would stay fresh. I wanted the white because it looked light and happy. She's turning 75 and cooped up at home because of thr stay-at-home order. She sent me a picture of the ballons and a black one was sent instead of white. The ballons were nice but I never would have picked black. I don't want to remind her of death or her mortality. I called Lighter Than Air. He pointed out that it's on the website that colors may be substituted....and sure enough, it is. They didn't do anything wrong. I just didn't read all the way down to see that I needed to call if I wanted to be specific about color. My bad. He was very nice and offered, without me asking, to refund my money or send out different ballons. That was above and beyond what he needed to do and I very much appreciated it!!! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else.
