We are out-of-towners and ordered flowers for my Brother-in-law's graveside service and the church service. They were on two different days. Samantha's flowers were delivered at the cemetery at the END of the service (interrupting the veteran's flag ceremony) and also after the doors closed for the service at the church. Should have checked the reviews, and I would have gone elsewhere. Timeliness is rather important for both of these events. Note: The flowers at the cemetery were lackluster and not reflective of the money we spent. Buyer beware. read more

I've ordered from this company twice and should have learned my lesson after the first time! Not only are the flowers they use very underwhelming but they clearly do not look at the delivery time requests on their orders. I ordered a day ahead of my anniversary and requested the delivery on my anniversary date (the next day). They arrived on the same day spoiling the anniversary surprise! I reviewed my e-receipt to make sure the mistake wasn't mine and it clearly had the next day as the Delivery Date. Sending someone flowers is often a timing thing and this company dropped the ball! Horrible. I ordered Birthday flowers for my husband. I ordered the deluxe arrangement. The picture on the web site showed an arrangement with a dozen or more bronze colored roses. What was delivered? Alstroemeria, mums, solidago and 5 lousy light pink roses. I tried calling Samantha's for an explanation, however their voice mailbox was full (probably full of complaints). Their website made ordering very easy... and even received an email on the day it was to be delivered, assuring me it had, in fact, been delivered. Absolutely wonderful. Because I didn't specify that the flowers & balloons needed to be delivered during school hours for my daughter's 16th bday when I ordered through 1800flowers the flowers where not going to be delivered in time. I then called them to see if they could deliver to a new address or reschedule for Tomorrow they said they couldnt. So as a last ditch effort I contacted Samanthas flowers directly and they said they absolutely could and would get the flowers delivered to the new address this evening. Super unprofessional service and zero customer service. I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mother-in-law who is located near the flower shop. I even confirmed on the date with an employee via email a few days prior to the delivery date, Sunday. I also never received an order confirmation receipt like I did last year when I used this floral service. Well, needless to say, my mother-in-law never received the Mariposa bouquet I ordered for her yesterday. I have called repeatedly, left two voicemails, emailed repeatedly - no response. It's either there is some fraud going on under new ownership or the order processing system is down (just noticed another similar 1 star review left by another customer a few days ago). read more

Leaving one star because zero isn't an option. Ordered flowers for same day delivery for my daughter when her pet died. Order placed at 8:30am. It's now 4pm and there has been no delivery. I've called multiple times, they don't answer threat phone. They have two phone numbers listed on their website. I've called each number multiple times, and the 971 goes straight to voicemail after several calls. These a-holes blocked my number. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE SHADY AF. Update: called them from my work phone (another number they've never seen.) They answered on the second ring. The man I spoke with assured me my flowers were delivered. Checked in with my daughter's partner. No delivery was received. I have reported their charges as fraudulent to my bank. Do not trust this company.
