I chose the basic pedicure, but I certainly didn't expect to be rushed through the entire service in about 15 minutes. I'm not exaggerating, it was over almost as soon as it started. The cuticles were not cleaned properly, and the polish was applied carelessly, bubbling and flooding over my cuticles. The entire service felt rushed, and the quality reflected that. Honestly, I could have given myself a better pedicure at home. I've attached photos because they truly speak for themselves. I was very disappointed and expected much better, even for a basic pedicure.

She started out with covering my hair with some type of greasy oil ( and it was at that moment I knew it wasn't going to go well) she then proceeded to curl the ends of my hair. The curls were nothing like I expected, I politely waited for her to finish and paid. My hair holds curls pretty well and after 15 minutes by the time I got home the curls were barely waves.
