Carrie immediately won my parents over (not an easy feat) with her bubbly personality and clear passion for animals. We use Carrie's services when my parents travel. I am the go-to overnight pet-sitter for them but due to my long, unpredictable work hours, Carrie will come over 1-2 times daily to walk and feed Sadie. Carrie does not charge extra when my dog Bentley is there and takes him along on walks. Each visit Carrie leaves an adorable note on the counter with a recap. My parents dog (Sadie) is extremely fearful due to an abusive past owner. Carrie has won her over with patience and treats. With the Woof Pack, she gets to go out into large open spaces with her small, and intimate pack mates. For a reasonable price, The Woof Pack will pick up your dog and take them to the park for a healthy social, and fun experience. They have been so responsive and easy to communicate with which is something we didn't realize was so rare until we tried a few other companies. We get progress reports and pictures every so often and we can definitely see her enjoying herself and behaving (especially with her recall). It really feels like we're leaving our dog with a family member with how involved and caring this company is. Troy specifically had taken our pup on outings before starting The Woof Pack. Occasionally on my days off, my dog and I would run into him at the dog park while he was with her pack. I have never seen her be so excited to see someone. She would run all the way across the park just to say hi, wiggle her tail, and get some pets from her favorite person. He is so patient and caring for his pack as a whole, but with a small group, it really feels like a personal experience for our dog. My wife and I was looking for someone to take care of our 2 kids, a Siberian Husky and a Maltese, and have them join us for our wedding ceremony and Shelby from Keeping Up with Jack was the ONLY person who was willing to do that. We met Shelby to discuss the general flow, what we wanted and how she could help us. She also attended our wedding rehearsal to get to know the venue. I could thank Shelby enough for doing this for us because being able to have our 2 dogs joining us on our wedding day was simply priceless! While we were trying to take photos with our dogs after the ceremony, they were distracted by all the people around them and were not looking at the camera. Shelby improvised and got them to pay attention to her while she was standing behind our photographer. That got us some wonderful shots with our 2 dogs.
