(2)second time I carried it back and told the office that it was dying on me when I would turn a corner. The mechanic said there was no problem because I just didn't hsve the key inserted properly. (3) third time I carried it back I told them that when I like stopped at a stop sign then start to go forward, it would hesitate then this BIG SURGE forward would happen. It would scare me. The mechanic said "well, the engine light does not come on so maybe you need to use a higher grade of gasoline." So, I go to Polk's and fill up on their most expensive grade the had and spent close to $50 filling up because I was going to Mobile to my sons for the 4th of July. (4th issue) When I got to Mobile, and got out of the car, my grandson was at the door to greet me and he said "NANNY, there 's smoke billowing out from under the hood of your car." It scared the heck out of us both and when I let it cool off, it would not crank. My grandson had to bring me back to Long Beach because I had appointments the next day. Because the car wouldn't start, Chuck Ryan had to go get the car in Mobile and bring it back to Long Beach. I didn't hear from them yesterday after they got the car and so far today (June 7th) I haven't heard from them as to what they are going to do about the car By the way, I told them I didn't want the car and could I have a refund. I paid $2000 down and made one $450 payment. One of the managers named Kelly said they didn't give refunds, but they own the company, so I would think they could if they wanted to. I'm waiting for them to make a decision and call me back

They were cursing during our conversation and being very unprofessional. please do not use this shop because this treatment was the peat I've ever had. They literally made me sick how the treated me. I was a good cash paying customer and just wanted honesty. It was very clear these are not honest people.

You guys checked everything and said I really didn't need it but when I was back in town the next month to get it done then. That's customer service. Even yesterday, he hook up to figure out what was really wrong with my car was explained and why the $35 charge for you guys to do it checks things that Autozone does not. Not only have…read moreI been told my car would be fixed by a certain date (which has gone and passed by at least a week), I have been treated like a second rate citizen by a certain person. The mechanics have been great, but I feel as if customer service has been thrown out the window. I should have been called and kept up to date on the progress of getting parts, and now getting the work done. I have complained to several people--names I will not share, but nothing has changed. I really like the mechanics here. They do great work and are fairly quick about it too. I just wish they were quick about work they have already started, but as of yet not finished.
