When I finally got it back, the very next day the car was hesitating to start and warning lights were coming on again. I returned it once more, and they said they replaced a hose. Two weeks later -- the check engine light came on again. When I told Carla that I would not continue making payments until the car was properly fixed, she became upset instead of trying to help. I asked if we could work something out to get me into a different vehicle, and I was told, "This would happen to any of the cars on our lot." That response alone says everything. Today I went to the dealership just to retrieve some personal belongings from my car and saw "REPO" written on the side. This was shocking, as I personally drove the car there, it was never repossessed, and I was never notified of anything related to a repo. When I started having problems with the car I was told "this never happened," This dealership has been dishonest, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout this entire ordeal. Don't expect anything VIP either as their whole motto is to sale a vehicle with good customer service and nothing else. Of course, do your prior research and negotiate accordingly. There was a whole bunch of construction when I went last time, so it was a little pain to get in and out. It was almost an hour wait when we were finally called in by the finance department as it appears that only one person was working during that time. Also, they ran out of gas by the time we got the vehicle keys, so I didn't get a full tank. However, when I went back to pickup my license plate they gladly filled it up without any issues.
