Lite M up is a solid spot with many products in different categories. Variety per section which is a plus for someone who wants choices. Solid customer service as the team is very hands on with what you are looking to get and try out. Tiffany has extensive knowledge on her products and great memory when it comes to her customers liking. Store is really kept up and has a great atmosphere to be around. I will say the separate room for her cigars is a massive win. With a large selection you really feel the privacy while looking for the right cigar. read more

First time there today, (normally I go to Happy Daze across the street) and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! I 100% prefer Smokeys to HD any day. Vinny(jesus looking dude) was so helpful, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. Vinny took his time to show off the super cool products, which I love but also toured me throughout the whole store so I knew exactly what products they carry. Definitely will be back, they carry a variety of smoking products and pieces. The perfect shop for any stoner who can appreciate good smoke shops. Thank you Smokeys! read more

Went into this shop as i had noticed it on my way home from work a couple times. My cigarette rolling machine had broken and i needed a new one right away. Had gone to a shop closer to home but they were all way overpriced. Stopped in here...didnt get the guys name but he was awesome. helped us out, very nice...had a machine for $28 (instead of $80 like at last shop we were at). not best machine...rolls loosely but hey it works in a pinch for the most part. Appreciate this guy and am going back there today to see how the tobacco is priced for rolling. If reasonable this will be my new supply shop. read more

Paid to get a new screen put on my iPhone 7 Plus on Sunday, March 1st. On Thursday, March 5th the screen started to crack. The phone hasn't been dropped and it's been in an otterbox case since Sunday! Went in to see if they would replace the screen and got a bunch of reasons why the screen would crack again! I would never patronize this business AGAIN! read more

I was restricted with my time today, and decided to pop in to LiteMUp since it was just down the street. First reaction: HOLY SELECTION, BATMAN! Not only did they have the products that my usual stores rarely have in stock, but they had nearly every brand and flavor that each brand sells- at $20 less than what I paid before! Nass and TJ (I hope I got their names correct, apologies for any misspellings) were the most helpful, kindest friendly people who made me feel like an old friend instead of a random customer. After such an incredible experience, wonderful conversation and the sheer fact that I now have a place that contains all of my needs at incredible prices, with exceptional customer service- I refuse to go anywhere else moving forward! Highly, highly recommend this store; at the very least, pop in and check them out: they have so much to offer, are so helpful and knowledgeable on everything in the store, and make you feel like family! She brought me over to the screen kiosk to find me a CBD gummy with just 1% THC for sleep. She was really focused on my need request to find which one she thought was best for me, not just someone there for a paycheck. The weird part is a new customer is supposed to get 20% off on their first visit which I should have got, but the product cost $22 which with the discount should have cost $18 plus tax, but even when I reminded the cashier about my 20% off, with tax it came to $29, she said the extra cost was the tax on THC. I looked on the receipt and verified they never gave me the 20% off! Reading other reviews above and on Google, I'm not even sure the potency on the label is truthful. So I'm giving 3 stars for Stephanie and the cashier being friendly and helpful. If you just want gummies and not cannabis, there is a great store on 127th & Harlem across from Pop's and next door to Running For Kicks called 'WSC Natural Healing' that sells CBD and THC Kratom both chocolates & gummies with great selection and knowledgeable sales staff Kelly and Donovan!
