My biggest concern is the amount of pain I'm experiencing. My fingers have been sore since the appointment, which has never happened to me after getting my nails done. The nails are also much thicker and bulkier than I prefer, and there is a significant amount of excess product underneath the nails. This not only affects the overall appearance but also reflects a lack of attention to detail and proper finishing techniques. They gave a decent massage but I did start to feel pretty quickly they were getting more and more rushed. We ended up with a total pedicure that lasted 40 minutes. I had purchased the premium deluxe so I think it should have lasted a little longer. They didn't pay attention to detail on the toenails as much as I'd like. But I will say, my last pedicure I had gotten in Monroe was so terrible this one felt amazing. Lol so overall I think they did a good job and I would recommend, but my pet peeve when spending $70 on a pedicure, is if they don't take time and give attention to detail. I do understand wanting to go home but I did pay money and arrived an hour before closing. It was a clean environment.

If they don't like to take credit cards because of the charge they have to pay, add a fee to credit card users. Don't treat them disrespectfully. Before I picked my color I told the owner that I wanted the same color she had on her nails. She said ok. When she finished the first coat, I noticed the color was not the same. I told her about it and she said "Oh, mine is gel or acrylic, (can't remember). She knew I always get Dip. The color wasn't anywhere near the color i specifically said I wanted. She knew before touching my nails that the color I wanted wasn't available in Dip. Instead she picks out a color that wasn't even close to the color I wanted. Dip is more expensive. So instead of giving me what I wanted, she didn't want to loose money. Well, she lost a good customer. She's the owner. I will never go back.

They offer nail and brow wax services. Mary gives the most relaxing pedicure and I can count on her to get in those hard to reach places under my toe nails! They have a wide selection of regular ,gel, and SNS polish, and the employees (and owner) greet each time by name! My SNS + pedicure process usually takes an hour and a half so tonight when I got to the shop late due to rain and traffic, I was worried I wasn't going to be able receive both services.. this was NOT the case! The ladies know I work about 30 minutes from home and because I'm going out of town would not have time come in to get a pedicure.. needless to say It's 8:22 (they close at 7) and I'm wrapping up my pedicure!
