I went to Happy Habits on rt. 55 at 6:15pm on Sunday night and I was greeted by a man that clearly had a bad day and a woman that deemed us not her problem and went into the back. Guy behind the computer is just the biggest Dick to my older sister and myself. Clearly hates his job. The room is silent, I'm talking to my sister while looking at the bongs and I pull out my phone to respond to a text that I got and the guy tells me I can't have my phone out with an incredibly monotonous tone. I honestly thought he was joking since his coworker had her phone out while she was in the front (brief moment that it was). The store ACTUALLY has a no phones policy.... What a load of bullshit . My younger sister (she's 20) shows up to help us choose and they say she can't talk while we're in the store but he doesn't say it like it isn't an inconvenience for us. Literally told her to not talk. Like he's a teacher and we're 4th graders. That's unacceptable from someone that's supposed to be selling me merchandise. I was fully prepared to drop $150 here but I'm just going to go to Nuts instead. read more

They really do not have "tons" of e-juice, unless of course your vaping a 12mg or less! No 24mg sold. Clearing out 18mg. I bought over $200 worth of products because of great reviews. Dumb move! I always buy the best to prevent future stress. Its been nothing but! Two of three of the kanger tech tanks leak. Coils only last a day to two days. Furthermore they are ill educated on CBD vaping. Even after I called Green Roads and they informed me they are dead wrong in how they told me I could use these specific evods to vape thier CBD oil, and got through to Kanger Tech support online, they are a "all sales are final". Umm your selling faulty equipment and telling people they can evod CBD oil. Point, do your own research before buying here. They're just cashier sale pushers without knowledge of what they're selling. read more

I have dealt with the unpleasant experiences dealing with the lovely girl at the counter. She looks unapproachable and the way she speaks to her other co-workers. It's rude and half hearted. Jess is not at all manager material at happy habits. I have spent money in this store and for her to have such a condescending tone - the girl needs to go to customer service school. I'm only giving three stars because they have an okay selection of juice. I went there to buy a new vape because I couldn't find it anywhere else and I don't trust buying vapes online. I couldn't believe that they were selling it for double the price than it was online. It wasn't a new model either so I felt like the staff are either blatantly ripping off their customers or just don't keep up with price changes. I bought it only because it's the only one in my area but I will not be returning. Their staff is really friendly but not that knowledgeable about their selection of juices which isn't helpful if you don't want to read the description of every juice. read more
