This Shocked me as being a first time customer I was amazed a employee would use profanity. Another thing shocking to me was the promoting unsafe builds for mods. Showing they have a blatant disregard for battery safety and the safety of the customers. I get that a retail location has a lot more overhead than vendors on the internet. But there is a difference between a slight markup and then just ripping people off. For example, charging $25 for an eGrip RBA base that RETAILS for $12.99. I can buy it online for $8.99 online from my favorite vendor with free shipping on orders over $14 and it will be at my door in 2 days. Like a dumb-ass, I bought from them since I made the trip but guess what... I WON'T BE BACK!! Everything at Vapeology is way overpriced!!! Pick up a couple of bottles of juice, some hardware and watch how fast the bill builds up. Compare it to online and you'll feel ripped off and never be back! And every juice I liked was out of stock the last 3 visits. I've totally given up on this place. Their loss as I spend a ton of money with online vendors. No matter how profitable they 'think' they are, they have NO IDEA how much potential business they are really losing once customers figure them out! And to add insult to injury, my last visit, the punk-ass kid employee was rude and unprofessional. This shop is the best shop I've been too. Moving back from Colorado I was looking for a great place to continue my vaping. I stopped at a shop in Hyde park and the way the shop owner made my juice made me think of a breaking bad episode gone wrong. The next shop was in Lagrange and that shop was incredibly dirty luckily that shop shut down a week after I found it. So the search continued leading me to vapeology where I finally felt at home. They welcomed me and taught me most of what I know today. The past months I've spent my time going to other shops in the Highland and new paltz area and was exceptionally disappointed. These shop have low grade equipment and horrible juices. Only at vapeology do you feel welcome and at home. There prices are very fair and if you find it cheaper they will always try to help you out and work around your budget. Again I stress that this shop is professional and fun its just a great place. What can I say except for: absolutely AWESOME customer service!!!! Everybody that works here is skilled and incredibly knowledgeable. It seems like they love their jobs, and it shows through their work and how accommodating they are. The people that work there treat vaping like a craft, much like how a carpenter lovingly (and meticulously) creates a Victorian dresser. I am totally convinced that there is not a better vape location in the Northern Hudson Valley. Great place to hang out and meet like-minded people. I've been vaping for quite some time now and today I decided to make the change to a tank that has coils.. Chris is so good at knowing his stuff about all the juices , mods, and tanks. I'm very picky about juice and he always takes the time out to help me pick the right one. He made me a coil today and explained to me step by step , of course, it's a little technical the first time you watch it being done , but I'm sure with his help I'll get it down soon enough. I also work in the Poughkeepsie mall and Sarah is awesome :) my old vape wasn't working so she gave me hers so I could have something to vape for the rest of the night. When I walk in to that storefront, I immediately feel at home, not because we're blood related, but because we're deeper than that. We're vape related. I have to write another review about vapeology it's been quite some time since I've been to the store but since then they opened up a kiosk at the mall! Which is super convenient and the young gentleman Louie that works there is always so helpful and willing to go out of his way to assist you even when there's a crowd of people making purchases! Personally I do not live near the mall but id much rather make the trip to go to the mall to be assisted by my favorite vape shop sales person Louie than go to the store and be dissatisfied with the customer service! Great place to go. I've been going there almost every weekend since October and the service is great. They have an awesome selection of products for the size of the shop and the people who run the shop are genuine and helpful. Overall a great place to ask questions about vaping because they can answer most of them. The section of juice is great, they have a impressive stock and carry most major brands that people want. Great place to be if you vape. Excellent selection of product as well as friendly and informative customer service. There is always something new when it comes to vaping and these guys stay up to date with the latest technology as well as eJuices. This place is absolutely disgusting. The air vents they have in the ceiling leak all over the floor the staff doesn't care about you whatsoever the young lady they have working there is the most disrespectful person I've ever met in my life the owner all he does is sit on the couch and show off his Rolex watch while his staff struggles. This is the nicest vape shops I have been in. The location in Poughkeepsie NY and Kingston NY great staff and they are there to help you not talk you into something that you don't need or want . They have holiday specials , competitions , and many giveaways. There selection of house Juice and Premium juice is the largest I have seen . Along with there starter devices and high end devices. I wish there was a six star option! This is an amazing store. My wife and I can here to quit smoking and they really hooked us up! Both Matt and Barry are super knowledgeable on everything in the store! We walked into the store not knowing a single thing about vaporizers and walked out vaping confident and determined to never pick up a smoke again.
