Who else forgets their coin for their shopping cart 99% of the time? On this visit, I in fact had a quarter and a smallish list. Recent cool finds *bulk loose leaf tea, specifically green tea chai *spicy peach wings on the hot bar Picked up Adam's brand Kona coffee for $10.99/ lb, got it pre-ground for a drip coffee maker, perfect for those days I'm not in the mood for espresso. Love their bulk olives and house made dips in the deli. Adam's provides that gourmet grocery store rush I need. Cheers, The Happy Hour Huntress

Critical info!! This is not just a garden store! Lol. I got dropped off here to browse while Hubbo went across the street for something boring. This place had so much to see! And to want!

Went to the candy shop at Adams to try the Dubai chocolate strawberries and left with a bellyache. They were really sweet, the strawberry themselves were fresh and sweet, the chocolate was wayyy too sweet. For $13, I would have liked to enjoy the taste

I was recently at my nieces' 30th birthday party. They got the cake from Adams. It looked gorgeous, and tasted even better. Not dry for red velvet which means they know what they're doing. The cream cheese filling was also delicious. Sadly didn't get a piece of the fondant part.

A time-capsule of a store. We randomly stopped into this store. It's part grocery store, part candy shop, part general store. It's an odd amalgam and it works. No beer or wine on site.

Just had their Irish Soda Bread. Took one bite and tossed it. Awful. Shop Rite is still much better!

This is basically a more expensive Trader Joe's. Definitely has a lot of great produce and vegan options but still very pricey

This place reminds me of when I was in the city and had access to Whole Foods but better. Everything is fresh well made. Love going here

There's a fabulous greenhouse and nursery, which is the only place I go for gardening and landscaping supplies.

They have live music too. Attracting more vendors, especially with local products like bread, maple syrup, coffee, baked goods, cheeses and goat milk, homemade soap, microgreens as well as several fresh produe vendors - even organic - and someone who sells farm fresh eggs and chicken! Prices are very reasonable as well. This year there are a few food vendors and trucks - jerk chicken and Mole Mole with mexican food - though they are here sometimes and missing other Mondays. There are picnic tables in the market to hang out or eat too. Parking is tight and sparse - the Children's Museum allows free use of their lot, but parking at Waryas Park is also an option if you don't mind a short walk. And the train station is also within walking distance. There is a walkway along the river that connects both Waryas and Upper Landing Park, so it's a great place for a walk or spending time sitting on a bench near the river on a nice day. You can even take the elevator up to the Walkway over the Hudson. Please come here and support your local vendors and farmers!
