I think this was another company a few years ago that has been since renamed. There were 3 offices in the DFW area including 1 in Flower Mound. You spend $2400. - $3000 and all they give you is instructions on what products not to use (hair/skin/vitamins,etc) and tell you to use their sea salt (additional purchase) and some supplements in pill form. No follow up, and the office was closed in Flower Mound. The young lady at that office was in a big hurry to get you to sign the agreement/loan authorization because she had someone waiting in the parking lot to take her to lunch. This program is not as advertised. Did I lose weight? Yes. However, it is definitely not worth $2000! The "personalization" includes an online assessment that puts you into 1 of 4 body types: liver, thyroid, adrenal, or ovarian. The website claims this assessment is worth $600, but the same assessment can be found on other websites for free. The personalized food plan is really just 4 different meal plans for the 4 body types. It is not actually customized beyond that. I put my meals into a calorie counting app and found that I ranged 350 to 600 calories a DAY following their meal plan. They do not take into consideration food allergies or sensitivities, pre or post menopause, breastfeeding, or other health challenges. The "personalized" metabolic formula is not personalized for you. They simply determined if you get the thyroid, liver, ovarian or adrenal formula. There is no lab work or customization other than putting people into these 4 categories. Weekly virtual check ins: you simply send in your starting and current weight to a coach email. When I did the program they were understaffed and weekly check ins did not result in any sort of coaching. One week, I did get a "good job" a week later. Unlimited online chat with program support: My experience was that we could email (not chat) as much as we want, but it could take a week to get a response. I did not have a personal coach. There was 1 program coach for everyone, about 450 people! Towards the end they hired another one, however information was often different from the drs and coaches and we were left to try to guess which one to listen to. Access too the fb group, membership page and membership discounts has changed. The image in the left is what was posted when I bought the program in February. They have updated the site to now say "90 days". The $2000 I spent for discounts on ALL future purchases and a simple login to the website and fb group access has now been switched to a $300 a month monthly membership. I feel torn because I did lose weight, but the support was not there, e-mails went unanswered, what was originally implied to be lifetime access and discounts was taken away, and in the FB group, they simply delete any questions people ask that they do not want to answer. Post program, I have found that I have to eat very similar to when I was on program to maintain my weight loss. I do not believe my metabolism was "healed" or even improved. Post program my hair is also falling out. Someone asked on fb about their hair falling out post program. In the comments, several other people mentioned their hair was falling out too, but instead of answering the "Drs" deleted the post. In their zoom, someone asked about hair loss, and they brushed off the question and did not answer. I went through Telogen Effluvium a couple years ago after a severe illness. It's hair loss from extreme physical or mental stress. What I am experiencing now a couple months after the program is identical to the telogen effluvium I experienced after being severally sick a few years ago. Hair literally comes out in large handfuls leaving bald spots, and the "Drs" would rather delete the question in the fb group then try to help their clients. I have seen a couple other program related questions just deleted instead of answered in the fb group too, including questions about intermittent fasting and womens menstrual cycles, and questions about how the program relates to post menopause. I would suggest looking elsewhere for weight loss help. $2,000 can go a long ways with other programs that will offer a lot more support than this one. read more

This program is amazing! The staff is great and helpful. All of my questions have been answered. I try to get on the live office hours when I have something important to ask and it's always answered. If you follow directions it is a great program. They did have a few communication glitches when they started the online program but those have been worked out and the program works if you follow it. This is a cautionary tale for anyone thinking about signing on the multiple lines. They do make sure to tell you they do not give refunds. They take advantage of one word in California Civil Code 1694.5 (a)(1). The word is "NOT". You see California Civil Code 1694.5 allows you the right to cancel a weight loss contract within 3 business days. Apparently, all they have to do is have a licensed health care professional. I'm not sure if anyone I saw licensed health care professional. Now for the program. They don't really tell you much. It could be because everyone in the office was in a hurry to go to lunch.One lady weighted me, then Seth Hendrickson asked me some questions about why I wanted to loose weight. He did tell me I'd be on a 525-575 calorie diet for 35 days. He even provided a list of the foods I could eat. I was then moved into another office and Seth rushed out of the building. At this point you sign the contract or leave. I wish I had left!!! I paid $1195 (discounted from $2495 if paid in full). I didn't even really have time to read the contract. (she was in a hurry to get to lunch.) I was then taken into another office and asked to watch a video. I watched about 3 minutes before I was told to put my hand on something like a computer mouse. After a minute or so my report was ready. All of a sudden the list of 65 foods I could eat was dropped to 56. Of course everything dropped were foods that would have made eating less at least a possibility. Someone then brought me a bag of their PROPRIETARY weight loss formulations. Then shown the door because the lady needed to go to lunch... The next day I talked to my doctor about the program I had signed up for the program. I was told to "CANCEL". They were worried about me following such a low calorie diet. The next day I called and told her I needed to cancel. I was told they would talk to the doctor. At home I did watch more of the video I stated in the office. I learned this wasn't just a 35 day program. It was going to continue even longer. I also learned I was going to have to buy all new personal care products (shampoo, lotions, etc.) I wrote a letter cancelling. A few days later I called again. Again I was told she would check with the Doctor. Within a few days I received an email confirming my cancellation. The problem was I never got my money back. Now we're back to Civil Code 1694.5. Even though I don't remember Seth Hendrickson being introduced as a doctor, his wife is apparently a chiropractor. Because she's licensed Civil Code 1694.5 does not apply. My recommendation is be FULLY aware of what you are signing up for. Watch the full video. I didn't go very far, but knew within a few minutes this was NOT for me. I even talked to a 2nd doctor. She also said it did not seem healthy. Anyone can lose weight eating only 500-600 calories a day. I doubt the PROPRIETARY weight loss formulations were going to curb your hunger. After reading some of the negative reviews, all I have to say, is some people will just never be happy.  The initial testing done is a body composition analysis, which of course anyone can purchase themselves, however, reviewing it and understanding what those values mean is something entirely different. Not to mention, thats not what the entire program is. I did the program for a few weeks and I didn't see any results, so they advised me to book a "free consultation" with the health "Coach". I did that and I paid $2,197.00 (she said that she was running a promotion). I also spend money purchasing some of their products. In the first three weeks, I lost some weight, nothing significantly because I eat healthily and I work out daily. The only support that I got from the "coach" was a weekly email checking (without the coach name). I called the clinic several times and left messages and the coach never called me back, even though, I paid more than $2,000 dollars to get her "support". Now I come to find out all locations have been PERMANENTLY CLOSED I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and will be seeking legal recourse to resolve money issue. I went to the initial consultation. The gentleman from the commercial was the one to talk with me about the program. He could tell that I wouldn't be a quick sell, so told me to go home and research their program on their website and make a decision. I went home and went to their website only to find absolutely no specific information on the program. Another red flag was being told NOT to exercise. Not even walking. Really??? I question the "proprietary liquids" that will be given because there is no quick fix to weight loss unless you are having the fat surgically removed. It took years to put it on, it will take a while to come off. If there were special vitamins/minerals/whatever to make people thin, doctors would be promoting them. From what I can tell, the best aspect of this program is the accountability. For some, that is what they need. No need to trash talk others or say they will never be happy. The company advertises a refund guarantee, but then also stated in a BBB complaint response that the client signed a sales contract so they will not refund her. Do they offer a guarantee or not? If you need someone monitoring you and have a few thousand dollars to spare, go for it. I fell for their "bait and switch" advertising on the Today Show and scheduled the $37 initial consultation. The whole experience seemed like a SCAM to me. In all fairness, I am at the end of the 4th week of the virtual program and have adhered to the rigid guidelines. I do believe there is no magic bullet to weight loss. I am very happy to recommend, Happy Healthy Thin. This is the only program that has actually helped me lose weight without exercise and in a VERY Healthy way. They helped me retrain my metabolism completely and I feel better in life in general, more energetic, and am happy to be toned, which was my goal. I viewed the Happy Healthy Thin (HHT) Program on Good Morning Texas-WFAA. The first clue this is a scam is the LIMITED TIME ONLY - First 37 Callers get a $149 Value Appointment For only $37. You will see the same advertisement 24/7 on their website- H2ThinDFW. The advertisement misrepresents the Guarantee of "Lose 15-35 lbs in just 5 weeks. The two "doctors", (actually, they are Chiropractors- Johns and Vasquez) who present the fast paced presentation also verbally reiterate this misrepresented Guarantee during the presentation. However, when you get to the part where the office manager, Taylor, presents the paperwork, you are hurried in signing a 6-7 page agreement, which represents a 15 lb GUARANTEE. When I asked Johns how my meds would interfere with the "customized" formulas, I was told my "Coach" (Meagan Sinclair ) would go over my meds prior to starting the program. I've since found out the "coach" doesn't have medical background to determine how meds conflict with the "customized formula". The "coach" is not medically qualified to determine interference with medications. A week passed and my "coach" who I have never met, did not reach out or return my multiple calls. Johns even replied to a text and said he would see what was going on with the "coach" not responding, and I never heard back from him, either. This is NOT a Custom or Personalized Weight Loss Program, as advertised. After the fast paced sales pitch presentation, Johns took me to a private room asked me if I was committed to losing the weight and if wanted to get healthy"? I said Yes, as if I'd say No to that question. He then (and only then) turned the page and showed 3 payment options of $2,400 (paid in full): $2:700 ($300 down): or $3,000 (using Care Credit). I was appalled and it was very intimidating, especially after, I answered Yes to the question of being "committed". SERIOUSLY...a doctor?? I didn't feel comfortable at all. Again, very intimidating. Once you make the commitment, the "doctor" dismisses you to the office manager, ( Taylor) who has you place your left hand on a mouse type gadget with grooves for about 3-5 minutes, (the testing phase of $37) while you watch a video that she turns off before you even finish watching it. She says, "your done". She said the "test" revealed that I can't metabolize cucumbers and asparagus. Really?? There was no blood test or any other testing, therefore, I don't see how placing my hand on that gadget can determine what my body metabolizes. Within a minute or two, she handed me a binder, and 4 products. (Balance Formula, Metabolic Formula, SCT oil, and Red Salt) None of the bottled products were sealed and none of the products were "customized" for me, personally. How do I know? A friend of mine, 30 lbs heavier than me, received the EXACT same products, the EXACT same recommendation for how much to take, and the EXACT same calorie and water intake, per day. Everything that I received had the same ingredients as what she received. We compared it ALL and it was NOT customized!!! ANYONE on a 525-575 recommended calorie intake will lose weight!!! That is not rocket science. After I left, I went home and I watched the rest of the interrupted video to find out that I had to replace my shampoo, conditioner, body lotions, moisturizers, etc to oil free products. I believe they do not disclose this information during the presentation because most people would balk and the Point of Sale would be lost. I felt uneasy, therefore, I did more research and read numerous reviews on BBB, YELP, and Google to find others who felt scammed and were financially hurt and felt helpless, regarding health issues while realizing health risks under this program. "Doctors" who care about patients would not prefer money over the concerns of a patient's healthcare. Especially, knowing the "coach" is not qualified to address how a person's meds could be affected by the requirements of the program. I did request a copy of the RIDICULOUS agreement and received it after I demanded it a second time. One phrase in the agreement that really stuck out to me is "includes NO REFUNDS" if your physician recommends not beginning or continuing this Weight Loss System". WHAT kind of credible "doctor" would place limitations like that on a patient? They don't give you the opportunity to check with your doctor...it is a fast paced, hype you up to lose weight, with little regard about your health history. My friend shared with Vasquez about her diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and again, no regard for those health issues. Instead, he was eager to sign her up and get her money. Since then, her doctor advised the limited 575 calorie intake would be very dangerous for her health. BEST SOLUTION: Contact your State Attorney General, BBB, and warn people online. read more

Please don't waste your money on this program like I did. While I am sure it may work for some people, it still is not worth the $2,400!!! All you get is a binder and a couple of products which you can get online yourself without paying the $2,400 and then just follow a Keto diet online as well. You'll save yourself a ton of money. I could not take the products that they gave me due to the taste. They did try to make me some special drops but still, I could not take them. Plus AFTER you pay and sign up, they give you a long list of personal items you have to use, half of which I could not use. I wrote a nice letter thanking them for their help but this diet just was not for me and since I couldn't take full advantage of the program, it wasn't worth paying the $2,400 for just a binder with some recipes in it.
