Was told its probably your charger. The counter guy plugged into his charger and it stated charging, then he says it's charging. He then said oh no its going to blow up, ran outside with it. Came back in and said I will give you a new one for half price. Really, you sold a defective vape. Then he asked how many times used, oh wait let me get the piece of paper where I kept track of how many times I vaped. Walked out, such bad business! Won't get my business again.

They worked fine at first my wife is happy with hers. Mine is not working properly, and the Juice I got was not what we expected. It had no name of taste. It was menthol and very harsh. Come in the next day and had another staff member very good. She called the manager and I could hear the manager tell no returns. I just wanted to exchange it for another or something better and I would pay difference. Manager told her no and to get me out of the store. Extremely rude and unprofessional on manager or owner part. I went to different shop, and they well do returns, and either exchange for same or different one. Also found out they got raided by police not too long ago. All the manager could have done was talk to me. I feel bad for the two ladies that helped me. Maybe a different shop would be better for them. Change the attitude manager and treat your customers better, we are paying for your salary.
