Generally speaking, making sure the house is clean and good to go for when we visit and clean up afterward. We have experienced frequent mistakes where they would miss very obvious areas to clean. I pointed out the areas that they missed by simply just sending video and pics (no text message) to one of the owners, Naty, and she immediately quit saying "I understand your point of view and it is normal that you are paying for a service and require a response and I cannot."

Plenty of beach toys in the garage. The hot tub was hot and very clean. You can tell the owners go above and beyond to make it comfortable and cozy for the guests.
