Ms. Christine and Ms. Annie ( preK teachers) were wonderful- warm, genuine and provided a fun learning environment for the kids. I love the Montessori method of teaching. I believe my son's experience at Little Flowers prepared him for kinder. During covid times staff was diligent about temperature checking, wearing masks and notifying parents if any staff or students tested positive for Covid19. Prices were $550 per month to attend Mon, Wed and Fri from 8am to 5pm, towards the end of the school year prices went up to $625 for the same hours. They also had a 5 day a week option or tues/thurs only option. Money well spent.

Here's what I love about it. #1: Everything is very clean. #2: Check in and out is a very secure process. #3: Staff is always warm and kind, my son feels loved and cared for. They really know him, his personality, his emotional needs & they would let me know if he had even a slightly off day. They never made him feel unwanted and I never worried about him not being looked out for. #4: So many fun dress up days, water days during the summer, the cutest winter recitals and a great park! #5: Just the right amount of programming placed on math, reading writing, and we would get assessments on our sons progress and where his strengths were/where he needed work. As a busy family with full time jobs we don't have a ton of time to get a head start on education so he can start Kindergarten with confidence. Little Flowers is doing that for us. #6: The price is fair, it's right around where everyone else is priced, in fact, when I was shopping for child care, this place was the most affordable in Vacaville, other than in home daycares. If you're on the fence, let this be your sign to get signed up. We did have to get on a waitlist as they do take staff to student ratios very seriously and they were full, so don't wait! Thanks again Little Flowers!

I found Zerghon's daycare after interviewing several other providers. I was impressed with the Yelp…read morereviews and the overall structure of the program she offers. We agreed that my son would start right after his first birthday and I was very excited and hopeful that we would be a good fit. My son was born during a pandemic and has some anxiety being away from mom for too long because he's so used to being at home...but he generally does well. On his first day, he did relatively well and I got photos of him engaging with the other kids and napping. On his second day, after being there for an hour, I got a call to pick my son up because he was crying. The assistant said they checked him for fever and that he was fine but then went on to say that they just didn't think he was a good fit for the program. She then proceeded to say that my application was cancelled and wanted to know if I wanted my payment back in cash or money order. No plan to work with him to help him transition, no concern for if there was an underlying issue, no nothing. Just come get your baby and don't bring him back because he is crying. I'm just so disappointed, hurt and offended at the idea that a 12 month old baby gets kicked out of daycare on his second day for crying for an hr. Especially when Zerghon herself told me how other kids in the program had hard transitions and ended up working out over time! I mean, isn't that a typical process for babies? What makes my baby different? I can't help but think there is other motivating factors at play here. My baby fell asleep in the car while we were driving home by the way. He was crying because he was tired.

I really recommend her, my kids love to go there, and her schedule is so perfect for my work schedule. Another thing that I love is that she will text me pictures of the activities during the day and that makes me so happy

There weren't many options for me in terms of infant care living & working in Cordelia -- Kindercare (Fairfield) and Le Petit Elephant (Napa), both very expensive & larger-scale daycares. Bringing baby Robyn into Miss Jade's care was the best decision I ever made in terms of child care. Robyn was in a safe space to take in the sensory data of the world outside of mom's arms and the family home. Miss Jade is a pleasure to work with and is so easy to communicate with. I felt well-supported as a parent. She gives detailed reports at pick-up and genuinely cares so much about the kids & their family-unit. She prepares a curriculum and provides the kids with structure... but also so much fun, a space to be creative, and opportunities to learn to collaborate with others. Robyn obviously was too young to "participate" in any of these activities, but I feel she absolutely benefitted from the exposure. I have since moved to Southern California and enrolled Robyn into a Montessori school. She seems happy there, but as a parent I miss the intimate, close-knit environment of Tiny Explorers. If we ever find ourselves back in Fairfield, there would be no question as to where I'd look for day care. Miss Jade and all her Tiny Explorers are true blessings. I highly recommend!! **Payment is also incredibly easy. She accepts Venmo! FYI-- I believe she currently only takes preschool-aged kids. Inquire to make sure!

Long story: Little Star Preschool Too was my top choice from the beginning when I was touring preschools. I was delighted to see the campus (plenty of parking spots, quiet neighborhood, residential location and close to restaurants for afterschool pick up)! The preschool is large and has a huge yard for the children to play in during "recess" and at the end of the day. I think the actual amount of land they have for a school is impressive as the children are able to get their wiggles out without having to travel to a local park. While I was dazzled by the tour of the campus, I was absolutely amazed by the teachers and staff! They are all genuinely loving and greatly care about the well-being of the children! I am always greeted with a smile by each of the staff members during drop off. My child has so much fun playing with her peers and the large variety of toys, doing daily arts and crafts, eating their provided lunch and learning new subjects! She took a little bit of time to warm up to being in school and her teacher was so patient with her, spending extra time with her to help her transition. Other teachers and staff would step in to help out too if her teacher was not immediately available for help. Not only does the school teach "regular subjects" like letter recognition and counting, they also teach real life skills like what streetlights and stop signs are used for! (The school had a cute field trip around the neighborhood teaching the children about road safety). There are also a lot of extra features added to the curriculum to help enrich the children's education. There were dance performances, field trips, readings from books regarding different cultural festivals and traditions. The school is just so awesome and I am very happy with my choice. Thumbs up!

I appreciated that Little Star Preschool encouraged multiple playdate visits before he officially started, so that he could get used to the space and staff. All of the teachers were kind, patient, and gentle with him as he transitioned from a small daycare to preschool. They allowed him time to adjust and let him just observe at first, as he preferred, while holding onto his stuffy. His language skills have really exploded (I love hearing him repeat, "Wake up, little bodies!") and I know he's cared for while learning and playing.

Now, nearly 2 years later, he is moving to preschool, and will bring with him a great foundation for that next step - language skills, eating well, sharing, and so many other things that he has learned thanks to Panda Garden. Panda Garden has a weekly curriculum, with lots of seasonal, cultural and academic activities (including Moon Festival, New Years, gardening, the seasons, counting and so much more). They also take field trips to the local parks to help get that extra energy out. Panda Garden was recommended to us from a friend, and we are so glad that it was. We highly recommend it to any parent looking for Mandarin immersion for their little one!
