"IF" you are fortunate enough for Maria take or return your phone calls, you will be met with disdain and impatience, as she makes you feel like you are intruding on her time. She never stepped foot into my property until the bitter end when it was too late, and tens of thousands of dollars in tenant damage had already been done. Then she had the gall to insist the ridiculous amount of damage was "normal wear and tear" (normal wear and tear does not cost $40K and 2 months to fix). M-T also did not take any move-in pictures, which I consider malpractice in this profession. She did not look out for our best interests and consistently appeared to be pro-tenant. The cherry on top was M-T's slow walking the transfer of docs, reports, photos, accounting, keys and overall responsibility to our new property manager. If you want someone to just collect your rent and to treat you like you're an imposition, Maria is your go-to person. Otherwise, I believe property owners should run from this company and go elsewhere...you should expect better than having to deal with someone with a chip on their shoulder who doesn't even perform their most basic responsibilities.

They do not only give shoddy maintenance to the properties they manage. They are also boorish and unpleasant to work with. If you are a homeowner, BEWARE! That's how we found it. They sent there very very rude handy man over to look at it. He cut a big hole in the wall, disturbing the black mold and left the hole wide open for us to breath all it in. I have three little children.... They weren't gonna test it to confirm it was black mold, so we paid for the test costing $350. It came back POSITIVE for black mold. We called Gary to let him know and he said well I guess you better leave then... We asked if he was gonna put us up in another place till it was fixed. He told us no and if we needed help to call the red Cross. He left us with nothing and no where to go! Luckly we had renters insurance who covered a hotel for two weeks while we moved out. The hole time we were packing and getting our stuff out, the hole in the wall w the mold was just wide open spreading spores in to our home so we could breath them in and get sick. Finally after a month of being out, I check the mail to get a paper from a lawyer saying they took out the money out for them to fix the mold. Even though it WASNT our fault! These nasty, rude, unprofessional people will find every way possible to take your deposit. That's how they are still in business. My next review will be sent to the better business bureau!!!!
