We called last night and asked to set up a tow for 9:00 am this morning. The driver was here at 8:58 am ready to hook up our suv and get it to the dealership. He was careful, speedy, and really polite. The driver met us at the dealership and it was the easiest tow we have ever had despite the transmission being uncooperative. The price we were charged to get it to the shop was excellent despite it being a tough job. I would highly recommend Fitz!

When I contacted the company to retrieve it, they demanded $750 in impound fees. I paid the full amount they requested. Despite accepting my payment, they refused to release the vehicle, citing a title issue. What they failed to disclose before accepting my money was that they would not release the car regardless of payment. This is fundamentally deceptive. They had two honest options -- accept payment and release the vehicle, or refuse payment upfront. Instead they chose a third option that benefited only them -- they took my money and kept the car. This practice may violate Washington State consumer protection laws and UTC tow company regulations. If you are dealing with this company, I strongly recommend: * Getting everything in writing before paying anything * Asking explicitly whether they will release your vehicle before handing over any money * Contacting the Washington UTC at utc.wa.gov if you experience similar treatment I wish someone had warned me. I hope this review saves someone else from losing both their vehicle and their money.

But when people don't want to be accountable, you must make them accountable. I have had two vehicles that have been serviced through this collision center. PCC was referred & as they are on auto row in Fife & where some of the dealership, specifically Audi, send vehicles for work. My first encounter with PCC pre-Covid went without a hitch. Great service. However, my most recent interaction in the last two months has not been nothing but an absolute nightmare and this review must be submitted. I unfortunately was in a hit-and-run over the summer. Impact was to the passenger door and front panel. Two weeks into the repair I returned to the shop for updates only to appreciate and have to inform the shop manager that the front windshield had been shattered. Paramount took ZERO accountability despite they're being intake photos that showed no damage. They then turned it over to the insurance company, which then only disappointed me even further blaming it on a rock chip. Again, the intake photos show no damage to my windshield. Refusing to take accountability of this new damage, at least Paramount then gave me a $200 discount, essentially the cost of my windshield deductible as i had to open a 2nd vehicle claim for that repair. Subsequently, weeks later when I took my vehicle to my import shop for standard maintenance and oil change... Their technicians appreciated that undercarriage parts along the passenger side front axle were just sitting atop axle, broken and clearly not in place (Rolf's Import Auto btw & highly recommended). When I presented this information to PCC, immediately their response was well we weren't in that area of the car and that we won't take care of restoration unless we reopen another claim through your insurance company. This was rather astonishing for them to claim as they had removed the passenger door, front passenger panel, and front bumper for my repair (correction...not the front passenger side panel as you can see in the image I've provided). Prayerfully, I will not be in another collision however, if I do... more likely than not I will NOT return to Paramount as they've demonstrated their lack of accountability and full service. It is rather unfortunate and poor experience in service overall.
