I did leave without buying the grow tent i wanted that they said they had in stock, because when they went to look, they couldn't find them. just like the lights, i'm assuming they were there somewhere. or there computer systems needs updating. things moved slow... (laid back a bit) but i liked it, I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere. one guy would try to help me, and he took off to go get answers, but would often not return, but it didnt bother me. they were busy, and i found him helping other people. Then i asked for help again, the person i asked, tried to help, but i could tell he really didnt know specifics enough to help me, but an unexpected employee "Matt" came in for a few minutes for whatever reason, and this guy asked Matt if he had time to help me. he was honest and said no, he was in a hurry and "it was his day off" He approached me im sure hoping he could answer my questions quickly and get going. He spent about 15 minutes with me. answered all my questions and really hit it out of the ball park. pros, epic staff great prices huge selection Cons for me they are about 50 miles away. I couldn't recommend a hydro store more. They have earned my repeat business, Highly recommended.

The location is slightly off the highway but on a very busy street. There's only street parking available so if you're in need for anything heavy - I'd suggest parking as close the store as possible. When I walked in, the store was brightly lite and very organized. I was thrilled to see a lot of the things that I needed was in store so I had to figure out what was priority on my shopping list since some of the reagents were originally pricey. The gentlemen that helped me didn't say much but was able to suggest a few options that were similar to what I needed but I politely declined and got the items that was within my daily budget. One thing that I was worried about was getting persuaded into purchasing something that was way overpriced and something that I didn't need but I never felt that here. The service was straight forward and I was in and out within fifteen minutes. The prices here are relatively similar to what you could find online so It's great to know that your monies will be going to a local shop rather than big competitors.

I went to buy some supplies this year and the 25# bags of sparetime bat guano were soaking wet from sitting out all winter. I paid for 2 bags and they are more than $30. a bag. This product was ruined or certainly diminished greatly from the soaking. I will buy from a supplier who can keep their nutes and amendments indoors. Sorry guys but you need to have a better storage situation. We pay a lot for your products.

We tried 5 different types, and oddly I preferred the cows milk cheese despite her specialty being goats milk. Besides, Patty OWNS A GOAT FARM AND SHOULD KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF GOATS! Patty advertises herself as a goat farmer, but she doesn't even have any of her own goats! This woman and her farm are a run-down fake. Patty is quite elderly and suffers from severe memory loss. She is not even able to walk into her pastures due to physical issues. Don't go there. You will be disappointed in the lack of authenticity. This goat farm is a definite has-been and suffers from deferred maintenance, an owner who can't remember anything, and junk strewn everywhere.
