This place is super cute and while a lot of the products here are out of my budget, there are some cute things that I've grabbed for my kiddos. The clothing I find here are things that I've not seen in on stores (online or brick and mortar) and the quality is really good. The staff are helpful and kind and do not mind answering questions. Unfortunately I have had a terrible experience with Happy Mango. I placed an order for a portable crib on March 2nd. After 4 weeks of the item not being shipped, I requested cancellation and a refund on March 30th. I received an acknowledgement of the cancellation and promise to refund but 12 days later I have still not received a refund. They are no longer responding to my emails and will not answer the phone (voicemail says 'full'). Wondering if I've been scammed. read more

Love love love this store. I don't recall how i discovered Happy Mango considering i live in the boonies now but i have stop by often to pick up little things like pacifiers, Ola baby, Mimijumi & Natursutten bottles and other items here and there when in the city. I was in an accident and needed to replace my car seat so i decided on the Nuna brand. They were the only store in Atlanta metro that i found to have the Rava in stock. Of course, the color i wanted had to be ordered but as soon as it came in, i received an email to pick up. The owner, Phnewfula is a CPST and was kind enough to install it in my car! I would leave zero stars if it was an option. I ordered a baby stroller 3-1/2 months ago. I haven't received the product and haven't received the refund I was told I would get. Communication is horrible and nothing happens unless I keep reaching out and pushing them. Now I have to resort to social media so someone with Happy Mango will refund my money so I can buy a stroller elsewhere. I ordered some lotion for my pregnant s/o and not only did they never deliver it, when I brought it to their attention via email, they lied and said it had been shipped, even though it was clear from the tracking information that this item was never processed beyond the generation of the tracking number. THEN, they had the nerve to send me a "Were you happy with your product, please write a review" email. No refund, no product... Well, crappy mango, here's your review... A**holes. read more

This store has the absolute worst customer service. We ordered a glider online in order to shop local and we are regretting that decision now. There was no follow up once ordered, we continuously had to call the store for updates on shipping (which took way longer than if we ordered direct from manufacturer) and ended up paying a hidden $40 delivery fee to our house which is less than 2 miles even though when we purchased it said LOCAL DELIVERY FREE. I asked to speak to the owner and never received a call back. Unless you like waiting longer for your items and paying more, I'd take my business elsewhere especially for anything ordered online. read more

I'm so happy I stumbled across this store after brunch. When I entered the store I noticed the positive message on the wall that set the mood of the store. I had been looking for something inspiring to get my bestie daughter who is headed to pre-k this year. The owner greeted me when I entered and asked what I was looking for. I told her and she immediately said I have the perfect gift. She showed me some beautiful books and I fell in love. It was exactly what I've been looking for. Then I remembered that she needed a back pack and I found the cutest eco-friendly and washable back pack. I mean I seriously wish they made this in an adult size. The store also does gift wrapping and has a beautiful station titled That's A Wrap! Everything is the store is eco-friendly and it's simply cute. I recently popped into Happy Mango since I was in the neighborhood and needed to kill time; plus doing some reconnaissance work regarding baby gifts for friends sounded like a wise idea. Ended up spending more time in there than I expected, oops! You'd think a baby/kids store that touts itself as green, eco-friendly, and organic would abound with astronomical prices and snooty attitudes, but that's not the case at all. The proprietress is a really kind and welcoming lady who is totally game to talk to clueless people about baby goods and items. She has a sweet daughter too. There is so much stuff, from cribs, bath items, toys, swaddles, books, and beyond. I really liked the foreign language blocks and the BabyLit (Jane Austen!) books. I didn't buy anything this time, but I liked how there was completely no pressure to purchase. Online shopping is an option too. Wouldn't hesitate to return. read more

Was able to visit Happy Mango last time I was in ATL and test out the rocking chair I had been eyeing. The online order process was extremely easy and the staff was very helpful when I called to ask questions. Our chair arrived extremely quickly and we couldn't be happier! Im so happy we were able to support a small locally owned business and knowing their customer service and processes were just far superior to any big box store. Never shipped product after 3 plus weeks of ordering online. I found this store online advertising a discount for the Mesa Max Car Seat Base. They offered free shipping versus another online store with same discount so I decided to go with them. Unfortunately three weeks went by without any updates other than confirmation of my order on the first day. I email for updates and got a prompt response saying they will update within 48 hours as my order was sent to their warehouse. A week later still no response on my order, so I asked the them to cancel my order and give me my refund. And another 3 weeks later still no refund so I submitted a claim with credit card company. Luckily I had an email trail so I was given a refund from my credit card company. This company sounds like they advertise discounts with the intention to never deliver. Shitty experience so I will never give them my business. read more

While I was shopping I was also able to find a great gift for a friend of mine that is not drinking currently. Thank you for looking out for Moms, TTC Moms or anyone that cannot or does not drink. Not a fan. Don't like being misled either. Ordered an item that was in stock. No communication whatsoever. Had to follow up myself 11 days later to be told it was not shipped yet and apparently not even on hand. Supposedly they had emailed me, but no email exists to that effect. Be very wary when ordering as they may not have it available, despite what they tell you. Ended up getting refunded promptly when asked. Will buy elsewhere going forward. I can only imagine the hassle if i ever needed to return something. You should see the email exchange that led to the cancellation. Amateur hour. Customer service department needs training in how to handle botched transactions. It was a very disinterested attitude. Lesson learned. read more

This is an upend lines baby store. You can see many of the popular, better strollers and car seats. The store is a happy place. I love purchasing from local businesses and local business owners. This is one of those places. It's also Black Owned which I want to support. Storefronts have had it hard after COVID. The staff here are friendly but not pushy, knowledgeable, easy to work with, even for a 60+ grandmother. The orders come in quickly if they don't have it in stock. We absolutely love Happy Mango! Every time we stop in it seems we find something new to love! Our latest find is the adorable Finn & Emma hanky bib- perfect and so cute for our teething 4 month old. Staff is super friendly and approachable. We decided to get our Ergo 360 carrier from here and we were allowed to try it on right in store! My mother works with kids and loves the Begin Again puzzles as they're super durable and able to weather the kid storms they're put through daily. Best customer service in the state!! I was in Atlanta, on vacation, and I happened upon this little gem of a baby boutique. Boy am I glad I stopped in! The owner was there and she was the sweetest person ever! She was an expert on every single item in her store. We were going to buy one specific brand of stroller but we are so grateful she gave us information on Agio our Z3 stroller. Not only did we buy the stroller but we continue to shop with Happy Mango and ordered an Agio Kinetic on Small Business Saturday. The car seat was shipped so quickly. Happy Mango is such a neighborhood gem! Great customer service that makes you feel like family, and everything you need for your infant or toddler from roll-able travel place mats to hair products to push toys. We found our son the cutest Superman swim diaper there and a rubber, somewhat colorless ball that he adores (go figure)! Great if you want to buy a baby/toddler gift, too. Lots of unique items there.
