Terribly unprofessional. I had my nails done there and they were messed up upon completion. After being told she was too busy to fix them, Hannah asked me to come back the next day. She then fixed them in a rush. I decided to give them another chance because I understand mistakes happen. I scheduled an appointment and when I showed up I was turned away and she said neither her nor anyone else could do my nails because I was "picky". Steer clear of this salon if you like having your nails done properly because clearly asking for them to fix your nails gets you banned. read more

New to the area and tested out a few other salons before trying Happy Nails. The owners are super accommodating--came in one night 15 minutes before closing. I had a deluxe pedicure and dip gel nail. Every time I've gone in, they have been gentle (when I bruised my legs running into things) and I've always received excellent service. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone. I absolutely love Happy Nails! The employees are all very friendly and the father/son duo that always do my gel mani pedis are very good! I am in a wheelchair and Happy Nails is accessible, which is very hard to find. Most chairs in nail salons are way too high for me to transfer onto. I thought it was going to be a good experience,but when I got home my husband said my feet were ruff.So I called and sent pictures to the daughter. But she wanted me to come back that same day. Went to Happy Nails after eating at Punjab Grill. Their massage chairs were great! However, I think they rushed my manicure/pedicure/eyebrow wax since I was the last customer of the night. My feet weren't scrubbed very well, the leg/calf/foot massage was weak, and the hand massage was nonexistent. The ladies were nice enough. It was funny to sit and watch the movie Heathers with a bunch of Asian women! I was asked if I'd return in 2 weeks... My truthful answer... Probably not. Total price 32 plus tip. read more

I came in Tuesday after having my nails totally messed up by a very popular salon in Atlanta. He took his time and provided more than exceptional service ! He took off every single layer of old acrylic while keeping my real nails intact. No cutting off or anything. I literally walked out with perfectly manicured nails, designed exactly as I requested and extremely good quality. He listened to my requests and was very careful not to hurt me while taking off old acrylic all the way down to my natural nail. I've switched to powder gel on his recommendation, he didn't pressure me to a new product but gave me an opinion without any push to do or not do. I appreciated the professional service, reasonable prices (I don't look for cheap if I expect quality!) and the welcoming service I received. I did forget to tip him in the rush out but will definitely back for the next fill !!! Highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a salon that does great work ! read more

This is a hidden gem! I love the tinted windows which offer privacy. Using the star ratings the last time I was here I want to US Nail, hated it. Just drove up and got the best leg and foot massage EVER! I was so relaxed leaving this salon I could barely shop. They offer something to drink while you are being serviced. This place seemed decent enough. We called ahead and asked if they could do designs shown on Pinterest. We were told they could do whatever we wanted. When we got there they didn't have a grey color that wasn't gel polish, they didn't have identical gel and non gel shades, I showed them 3 different design options and they couldn't do any of them. (I asked for gel on my fingers and non gel polish on my toes). The pedicure water was cold, the manicurist did not cure the gel polish properly, there were ripples and bubbles in almost every nail. Long story short... The polish chipped and peeled 3 days later. 3 days. I'm sorry but we won't be returning to this salon. Also, the music played was not appropriate for underage children. read more
