this is one of the worst nail salons I've ever been to. Just to keep it short and sweet. When I first walked in there, it was pretty nice, but as soon as I sat in the chair, this middle-age lady started doing my nails, and she started rushing and she applied the acrylic way too thick and then the acrylic proceeded to burn and she told me it was normal and after I explained to her that it was burning bad she sprayed some it She told me she was file them down to the shape I wanted, but she never did and I had to keep going back and telling her that this wasn't right She also filed them down way too short and tried to charge me $30 It got so bad to the point where I had to tell my mom and we almost had to leave I left with the nail designed that I didn't like and I didn't ask for Long story short, I would not be attending this nail salon ever again If you're looking for a better alternative, go to Queens read more

I stopped in here to get a mani/pedi. An older woman did my pedicure. The problem... I did not get a pedicure, she washed my feet( cold water), clipped my toenails ( not really needed), rubbed a little scrub on my lower legs and feet, dried my feet and polished my toes. Manicure-nope, eyebrows- nope. She said thank you, so I assumed it was free. ANOTHER LADY WAS SLEEP WAS SLEEP THE ENTIRE TIME I WERE THERE! . I even stayed in the chair an extra 30 minutes for massage. As I get up to leave- no one notice, so I stand at register to pay, again no movement. Another customer walks in asking for Aimee, I'm like I don't know what's going on, I've been sitting for 30 mins or so waiting for my toes to dry and for the older lady to return. So I walk to the back to FIND the older lady... as all of this is happening the younger lady is STILL SLEEP (WTH). The older lady comes out smiling saying "thank you""bye-bye". Again I assume my (lack of ) service was free. But, Ms. Sleepy FINALLY WAKES UP and ask me to pay $38! For what? I could have left 30 minutes ago and no one would have even noticed- she was sleep sleep! I went and got the older lady from the back... I feel like I was begging them to take the money for a service I did not receive. This was a mess and a waste of my hour! There was NO-ONE there- I now know why. Beware. I wanted to treat my adult daughter to a mani and pedi because I really liked this salon and the ladies that work There. Sadly I developed a nail fungus after my last manicure and pedicure And I thought they would address my issues. I had SNS and gel on my toes. When I went back with my daughter and asked to have my polish removed and ask them what it was wrong with my nail bed they dismissed my questioning and proceed to overcharge me. They also spoke to each other in Vietnamese so I had no idea what they were discussing. I was charged for polish removal on both my fingernails and toes and also a full manicure and pedi although I had no polish applied. Normally polish removal is Included in a manicure and pedicure. It least or was last time I went there! and at other salons I've beem to in the area. I will NOT be back. I also noticed to my dismay that the tools were NOT sterilized. I spent over $160. And left a $20 tip. Now I have to go to the dr to have the fungus treated and I can't wear nail polish until it is cleared up. I have never experienced this before. I'm 60 and have had plenty of experience with nail salons. read more

From the customer service to the cleanliness of the facility there is nothing to say bad about this place. I will continue to come here and I will continue to rate they are work. I usually spend about $80 for s&s fill and an upgraded pedicure. But the people are super nice and I have never had a bad experience. First time trying this place today. Customer service is good and friendly. The person working on my nails was very conversational. The facility is clean and pleasing to the eye. The price is reasonable. I paid about 40$ (not including tip) for a fill with gel polish and coffin shape. So the price is about normal for what I got. The application of the polish was good. A few spots missed on the sides, but that's okay. My nails on my thumb are a little slanted from filling. The person did recommend changing my glitter nail polish from a black glitter to an all silver glitter. Which I am happy with, I do agree with that person that it looks better and it makes the red color stand out better. I mean overall, it's a nice place with friendly service and quality nails. I visited Lush Nail Bar for the first time today and I already know it's my new go-to place. It was very clean and Kevin and his wife were very nice and helpful. I got a full set of SNS nails in a short squoval shape. I paid $50 which also included $5 for removal of a previous set. My nails are all the same length and shaped perfectly. I did have a wait which didn't bother me but if you are on a time crunch or just don't want to wait, I would recommend setting an appointment. All in all good prices, great staff, very clean and I am very happy with the way my nails turned out. Give them a try and you'll leave happy too. read more

Me and my girlfriend came to this nail shop and the atmosphere was great but I understand why considering you might be in there for 4 hours getting one set of nails done. Pathetic. I was charged $100 for ombré long nails. I sat for more than 2 1/2 hours and I had no nails on previous to that. A disgrace. The owner was nice but his workers are not. She messed up my nails and had to soak off some of them because I'm not paying $100 for half ass nails. Even tho she was the issue and didn't do a good job I had to suffer and still pay the full $100 price. I didn't even get water this is just not acceptable. This business is not ran properly. The owner took a food break which caused my girlfriend to wait 20minutes before getting her nails done after her toes. Ridiculous. Don't come here. read more

Luckily I had Kevin to help me out with the type of nails and the color. He was very informative and easy to understand. Living here for the time being to nanny my little cousins and needed a nail salon when I was set to fly back home for a wedding in August. My aunt's coworker goes to Lush and said I should try them. I took a chance and have kept going back. The staff is so friendly and they really make sure you're comfortable while you're receiving your service, not to mention they keep it's SO CLEAN. I feel so comfortable going here during COVID-19 and I couldn't say the same for places back home. 1. Appointment was made but not written down. 2. Spent 5 hours in the salon getting a pedicure, full set and eyebrows waxed because others were before me, and my appointment was not written down. 3. Seemed like he was rushing when doing my nails. 4. Didn't appear interested in helping find a close color to match the picture that I had. 5. Once we found colors, he moved the color swatches and stated that he was doing so because women like to change their mind. 6. Constantly texting while doing my nails. Overall decent turnout of nails but the quality of the customer service was not great. Be sure to call and ensure that your appointment time is recorded on the calendar so that it will be honored. I got my first sns manicure here and it was nice. It wasn't the best thing in the world. When I went back to get the nail entertains removed they RUINED my nails.
