After reading many reviews I found Katherine and she didn't disappoint. She is upbeat, positive and an all around pleasant conversationalist. While getting my manicure she asked for feedback and wanted to make sure I was happy with the job she was doing. She has been in the area for a couple of months and only works during the week and takes weekends off to spend time with family. I highly recommend going out of your way to schedule with her. The vibe of the facility is contemporary and upscale, but at the end of the day I only go to places where I find a good technician who is skilled with SNS/dipping powder. My daughter and I decided to go for a pedicure. This was our first time here. It's absolutely beautiful when you walk in. The staff is courteous and friendly. The salon is inviting and squeaky clean. My experience with Alex was absolutely amazing. I got the $55 pedicure with gel polish and let me tell you!!!! The massage with sugar scrub and lotion feels so good I almost fell asleep. She was very thorough with removing the callus on my heels, but the massage is what sends me straight to heaven. I work in beauty service as well so I'm very picky as to where I go to get pampered, and Alex definitely went beyond my expectations. This place is waaaaay to expensive! I live in Lawrenceville and was visiting a friend and decided to get my nails done and although the place is nice it's not worth the price! A pedicure and fill in was 104 dollars! I've never paid that much in my life! And my nails did not reflect the price. My nails looked like a 25 dollar fill in job if you ask me. Sophie was amazing! I had a dip mail treatment, deluxe Manicure, pedicure and lip waxing and Sophie did an excellent job on all of it!! The salon was beautiful and Soothing. I didn't smell any fumes which was great!! I was very pleased with the services. I got my nails done on Tue 2/28 with the dip polish as recommended. He said it will last 3 weeks. If it comes off come back and I'll redo for you. So 1 week later it's peeling off and I come back on 3/8. Just give me clear. He does and say you need a manicure. Well I had one a week ago but after taking off the dip, I'm sure I do. They then charge me $35 and say they will take $5 off. I shouldn't have had to pay for a redo of service. I absolutely will NOT be back and will NOT recommend you to anyone. Customer service is more than a smiling face. It's about doing Right by your customers that dont mind paying for a service. The last few times I have went to get my nails done, I haven't had a great experience. Each time I've had different people doing my nails. Both times my nails have been extremely uneven. Even after asking them to fix it multiple times. The paint job wasn't consistent and did not cover the whole entire nail. I normally never complain about my nails but I am fed up with the service. The very last time the guy didn't even ask if I liked my nails . He could tell I was upset. When my daughter and I walked up to the front a few of the workers were standing there. My daughter used her card to pay for her nails which was just enough (she's only 14) and then I was going to tip for the both of us when I paid for mine . Knowing that I still had to pay and use my card when she selected 0 to tip the gave each other a look then started talking..... it was obvious they were discussing her not putting a tip she was even uncomfortable. Her nails were 75 (for a fill and one missing) and mine were 55 for a fill. This place is very expensive and the work isn't quality ! I don't mind paying high prices for quality work but when you are being rushed out of the salon with uneven nails with a spotty paint job.... I don't think that is right ! read more

I went there today and I had fill in and with gel polish on finger nail . I had the 55 dollar pedicure... eyebrows lip and chin waxed. I was suppose to get a manicure also. Luckily I did not . 150 $$$. I didn't get a new set of nails. I also got gel polish on toes. The rocks went cold after she did my legs and then the bottom of My feet. Over all a very nice place . Very kind quiet with relaxing music dimmed lighting while getting pedicure. The massage chairs were amazing. Just a lil pricey to say the least. Very well decorated and peaceful. They offer massages facials etc. If I had gotten all I wanted . It would have been 300 bux. Interested in the facial peel and collagen facial but not positive it will be worth the $$$$ I looked up the prices and it was 68 for fill in 55 for pedi and 28 for brow lip and chin ... I didn't know that they had opened, but I'm so glad they have. I brought my 6 year old granddaughter in with me and we both had our nails and a pedicure done. It truly feels like a spa there and it is so beautifully decorated and so sparkling clean. Given this place several tries because the service is great and the people are nice. When they first opened, all was great. Now when I go, I literally have nails popping off after 3-4 days. Also, this place is too expensive for a full set to last only a couple of days. I will have to try another place in Grovetown. read more
