NEVER AGAIN! the guy that did my nails was mean and condescending, he insulted my nails and cuticles the second i sat down. he did them too long and got annoyed when i asked him to make them shorter and refused. he gave me this dull gold color when i showed him the inspo pic for this bright white shine. my nails were crooked and he refused to do anything about it and blamed it on my nails. someone else came to do my design after he spent the beginning of my service taking personal phone calls and being nasty. she came over and did small bows instead of the big bow that wraps around the nail i asked her to redo it and it was the same disappointing attempt. i asked again and she said that they use a sticker in the photo and that hers was perfect. i asked for the main guy back and wanted my nails off. they were crooked and looked terrible they weren't anything like the inspiration that he said he could do. he ended up yelling and arguing with me in front of the entire salon. they then had my nails sit in a bowl or hot acetone for 40 minutes and then scraped my nails to the bone. i went in with nice healthy clean nails and left with cracked broken flimsy nails with chips all over. my nails beds are bruised and i had to go home and file them all down to nubs. Do not go here it was truly terrible and my nails are COMPLETELY RUINED. read more

I was searching for a new nail salon when I decided to give L'mour a try. Let me tell you, I'm so glad that I came. I was totally pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail offered during my gel manicure. Miss Tammy is the go-to person for a job well done. I feel like she listened to my requests and did an amazing job making sure that I was satisfied. There is plenty of parking in this strip mall parking lot, anchored by Big Lots. But you will have to walk a bit to reach the actual shop. No worries, though. It's worth it and a few extra steps are always useful! I do think the shop could use a very good deep cleaning, but otherwise, give them a try at least once! read more

Very disappointed in the quality. I had a pedicure and dip nails. I went on Monday, by Friday 4 nails cracked, chip and layer of clear peeling. I had nice length nails and now I have an issue with four of them. After the dip they actually put on gel clear polish. That gel polish is all peeling for most of the nails. I also do not like UV light being used that's why I switched to dip. They do not soak the diff off in a bowl. You place your fingers after it's been wrapped in cotton and acetone. They have to use to drill a little bit more than I like. The way they take off the original dip doesn't seem conducive to really getting it off. I feel like I have to go get my nails redone. It won't be at the salon. It was clean. They responded quickly to my appointment request. The nail salon is hidden in a strip mall. Initially it was reasonable but because I have to go get my nails redone. Not worth it very disappointed read more

I moved here 6 months ago and needed a nail salon home. I checked yelp, saw other awesome reviews, and am so glad I chose to walk in here - it's been 6 months now and I refuse to go anywhere else! Mr. Ly is hands down the most talented, knowledgeable and efficient nail tech I have ever been to in my 15 years of getting acrylics done. He does the coffin shape correctly and ombré style flawlessly which is so hard to find. The rest of his staff is also extremely talented. On top of the excellent service and always-perfect results, the salon is extremely fairly priced. I paid so much more for much lower quality work for years. Do yourself a favor though and always call and make an appt - they get very busy quite often! But as long as you call ahead, they will always do their best to work you in. They absolutely take walk ins, this is just my suggestion if you're pressed for time and can't risk waiting. One last small but indicative note that speaks to the level of service they provide here - if you come in more than twice they will know your name! I am new to the area and was referred here by a friend. I haven't gotten a pedicure done in about 6 months due to the pandemic and was a little nervous but she assured me they would do a good job and take the necessary precautions. I was impressed! I called ahead to ensure they had time and I came in and was seen right away. They are using every other pedicure chair for social distancing and all staff was wearing a mask. First trip in I had a good nail tech who did my SNS nails which lasted 3 weeks. Second trip in I had a girl that was quick with the drill and hurt my thumb so bad I thought it cut me. They said it was just the "sensation of the drill" but it hurt like a burn for two days. Thankfully the original Tech I had took over. She talked to me about using a gel powder and gel polish which the base can last 3 months and just get fills similar to acrylics. I stay in Daytona periodically with my son and tend to stay for several weeks. I need my nails done and this salon had gotten good reviews. I have acrylic nails and tried L'mour. Lee did my nails for me. The nails are perfect. He takes care to determine the shape, length, etc. Not all nail techs are the same. Some people are just not as skilled as others. Lee did a great job! He definitely knows what he is doing and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely return. I notice other guests asking for wine and received it.
