Village had a home inspector come out to review the install and I'm glad because the inspector found two issues with the installation. I reached out to Village and scheduled the repair but on the scheduled day the service tech did not show up and did not call to say if the service would be happening that day. I was only contacted after I called to find out what was happening. I reschedule the repair but Village appears to be confusion on their end as they scheduled me for one day, then called me back informing me the repair had been done, and then us talking and rescheduling the repair for another day. Quick to respond to get paid but not quick to respond to correct what was installed incorrectly.

Several charged a high after hours fee ($150+) and some others wouldn't come until 12/26, unlike P&G! When P&G came, the worker dug the soil/mud until he found the leak and gave a very competitive estimate $250 (better than the other plumbers!) which included materials and labor as well as 1 year warranty.
