We rented one of their pontoon boats...best boat we've rented on the area! Easy booking, great communication and friendly staff. We will be returning customer. Only negative comment to the owner...the $10 parking fee feels like a money grab. I understand keeping non customers out of parking, but customers spending $500 and being charged another $10 to park...come on! read more

I'm not one to write reviews BUT, in this case I just HAD to. My husband and I came to Florida with our cousins for a much needed get-a-way. We all went on the Dolphin tour. Scott and Bud were our tour guides. They were so attentive and made sure they did everything they could to make sure our tour was enjoyable, they are definitely an asset to the company. First of all, you have to rent a pontoon boat and hang out on Crab Island if you're in Ft. Walton or Destin. It is an experience of its own. Happy's Watersports was the most reasonably priced of the places we shopped. Their customer service game is top notch from check in and training to the fantastic deck hands. This review is long overdue. My family and I visited Destin in June and had initially only booked a pontoon boat with Happy's for one day. We had so much fun that we booked again the very next day. We also hired a captain through Happy's, Chuck, who made our experience even better. Not only did he take us to Crab Island, he gave us a tour of the whole harbor. My kids loved seeing all the big houses on the water. Both boats we rented were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Customer service was top notch. We'll definitely book with Happy's again when we return to Destin next summer! read more

My family and I were visiting from Texas, we wanted a nice boat ride around the water in Panama City Beach. We found this place and the prices were reasonable, but they made a huge deal because the capacity was 14. We had 13 and a baby, mind you he's a year old so they told us someone can't go. Okay so we rented a 4 hour jet ski ride and only for us to ride 2 hours the most and they don't do 'refunds' DONT RECOMMEND! read more

We booked a dolphin jet ski tour with these guys and didn't regret a single second!! We had a 2 hour tour and got to see about 10-15 dolphins. Our tour guide Carl was accommodating to all the guests and was super great about spotting and pointing out the dolphins. He also knew exactly where to look to find them. This place is so awesome! We stumbled across this place to rent a pontoon which we didn't reserve ahead of time. They were so accommodating and their staff were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Their staff member, Tyler, answered all our questions and even gave us his contact info Incase we had issues. They offer Military/Veteran's discount which we are so thankful that they acknowledge those who served. Prices are more affordable then other places. We will definitely use them again! read more

My family has been renting pontoon boats from Discount Water sports for the last six years and the experience is the same every time -- AMAZING! This time around we were helped by Parker and Dalton who were both very experienced, knowledgeable, and relatable. Parker even gave us recommendations for food and local spots that tourists don't usually get to visit. The boat itself was clean, comfortable and highly functional, all for a reasonable price that was not shoved down our throats. We rented a pontoon after a snorkeling trip so that we could visit Crab Island. Admittedly, we were a bit intimidated by the whole process. They made things very easy and explained how to stay in the low-traffic spots. We made it to Crab Island (it's literally a 5 minute ride down the way - no need for all of our worries!!!) and had a wonderful time. They prepared us very well and we even felt comfortable enough to venture a little further out and did some snorkeling over a sunken boat and more over by the reef. We anchored and swam to a beautiful sandy beach across the main drag. What an amazing day! This last-minute idea, on a whim turned out to be the most memorable part of the trip for our family. We made our pontoon reservation online. Paid and have received our tickets. We never got a call or an email notifying us of cancellation or option of possible rescheduling due to inclement weather. We arrived to the dock 30 mins before reservation time to find out that their office is closed. When trying to call them, there is no one answering the phone. We left them a voicemail to call back but never heard from them. This is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more
