I took down the phone number and gave them a call.  I arranged to have my neighbors sweet little Shih Tzu (Miss Chip) to have a mobile bath and nail session. Sandy (my neighbor) had already was thinking about a bath and nail trim in between her regular front with her usual stylist :-)  We made an appointment over the phone, gave all the deets and the groomer (Meg) was here :15 minutes early. She came in, introduced herself to all of us, Chip especially and headed off to her trailer outside. BTW she has a generator on her mobile unit so no electrical or water hookup is necessary, just a place to park.  In short order she returned with a fluffy, happy, and excited Miss Chip and she looked and smelled wonderful, complete with adorable ribbons in her hair. Awwww They are a locally owned and operated business that's home based out of Foley. They accept all methods of payment including checks. Management has been engaging and interactive with customers like me. I've found the people here to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to go above and beyond. During this COVID disaster, I most especially appreciate the curbside service. Just go one, shop for your special site, pay for it, and when you arrive at the store just call them and they tell you to pull up to the front door and open a trunk or window and they deliver your purchase to you in mere minutes and it's all contactless. BOOM Another big deal for me, they welcome animal rescue groups regularly and utilize volunteers to facilitate the adoption of homeless animals, very cool! Bottom line: This is a very clean and organized store that is well stocked and is a pleasant shopping experience. Recommended!

Not at all what I was expecting for a puppy cut. We still cannot pet her left ear two days later? I don't see an injury but she's definitely been hurt. I love my dogs and protect them like I would a child. I'm sure she was traumatized I'Il be looking for a mobile business that will provide a service at my home from now on. The last 4 times taking him, the groomer who is very familiar with my dog now is refusing to trim his nails stating "He gets aggressive and is not cooperative "....my dogs nails were so long , he was tripping constantly . The vet staff recommended putting him under anesthesia . I am so glad I found Kandies Pampered Pooch in Foley. I text with the groomer and offered for them to put a muzzle and a harness if necessary. She stated she does everything to avoid that. I made the appointment, The groomer walked out and scooped up my medium size dog who was not wanting to go inside the building and brought him back outside in less than 10 minutes with amazing short nails! She said "He was fine" ..."I allow my older dogs to lay on the ground while I clip there nails and he laid right there "...He was a happy dog and so is his owner!
