When I showed up, she said, "Oh, she's our best groomer." Okay...cool, I guess? When I picked my dog up, Crystal could tell I wasn't thrilled. But we still paid and left. On the drive home, I started noticing more... -Face didn't look clean around her eyes and mouth -Ears and tail not trimmed -No poodle feet -Beard? Gone. Just... gone. -A nice lil' mat left in her ear like a party favor So I called Crystal to let her know. I was polite, just explaining why I was unhappy. That's when she snapped. Told me my dog was no longer welcome and said I'd get a refund. (Plot twist: I got a partial refund. Cute.) Look, I'm not here to bash anyone, but if you're looking for a groomer AND a side of attitude when you speak up? G Paws might be your place.
