The BEST! I have been taking my Bichon and English springer to Barb for about 3 years now. Barb and her helpers are fantastic!

Not impressed. My dog's hair was much shorter than expected and uneven. I asked for nails to be trimmed and only the back ones were done.

I would give this business NO stars if it was an option. Being relatively new to morgantown, my…read morehusband and I needed a sitter for our 2 cats during a 10 day vacation. I came across her website, thought it looked professional, and contacted her. She seemed responsible when she came for the meet and greet, I told her I would leave our key under the mat when we left as I had no spare. So we leave for our vacation and are out of cell phone range several days. When we get back in range, I sent an email to check in since I hadn't heard anything from her since we left. No response and we went out of range again 24 hrs later. Finally, a full week since we left, we got cell phone coverage again and I check my email to find an "urgent" message from her saying she couldn't find the key and, therefore, had been unable to get in to care for our pets! She claimed that she had called multiple times the day she was supposed to start care, but my phone company records showed no evidence of this. And suspiciously, she had not sent an email to attempt contact until the day after I sent mine due to her lack of contact. Of course I freaked out as my pets had been without food and water for 7 days. Luckily, a wonderful friend stepped in to care for them during the last 2 days of our trip and they a) we're alive and b) showed no signs of kidney failure from dehydration when we returned. And funny enough, our key was still right under the welcome mat where we left it. So, in closing, my advice to you, dear reader, is to avoid boneafidepetnanny at all costs if you want someone responsible to care for your pets. And to you, Jeanette stone, my advice would be that if you are stupid and irresponsible enough to forget that you booked a pet sitting job, at least be smart enough to remove the supposedly absent house key from under the door mat after you lie about it.
