Unfortunately, the oven and fridge were barely touched. When I contacted management, the owner refused to resolve the issue, claiming I underreported the condition of the appliances, both of which had nothing more than average soiling, and in fact we had washed the refrigerator shelves the day before. The company did not notify me of any issues or extra fees during the service. Very disappointed in the lack of accountability and incomplete work for such a high price. The baseboards in the kitchen were not cleaned and the window sills were not cleaned. We have used professional cleaners for all of our move out cleanings over the years and have never had a problem with things just being left not done before.

In addition to a few specifics we asked them to focus on, they also went above and beyond to make our house sparkle. We were BOTH highly impressed! In addition to being super professional, Sarah/Royal are incredibly friendly, easy to chat with and enjoyable to be around. They take pride in their work and their business, which I think results in a much better experience than we would have had with a "big box" brand. As mentioned, we originally hired them just for a move in clean... after this experience, however, we're so tempted to make it a regular occurrence.
