However, after filling out to register, and then going to payment, only then do they they add on $1 -- for the certificate! What?! Unconscionable. It's the weekend, and so I can't even call them to complain and have that $1 reversed. It's not going to bust the bank, but it's the principle. Bait and switch like that is just plain crooked. Only $1 to us, probably thousands of dollars to them. I only just got my insurance bill, and it noted my prior discount for taking the mature driver course had expired. OK, I had to take it again. I had a choice of the filling version, but since I took that last time, I was eligible for just the shorter renewal. But it is Saturday afternoon, and Monday will be the three-year limit for me to take this renewal test. If I risk foulup on Monday, I will have to take the longer test. I feel I was stuck. I will call on Monday and insist on a $1 refund. But I'm sure they won't do that. Again, it's the principle. People should not let businesses get away with that kind of stuff. If everyone else had complained about that, it probably would not be going on. It should have said all over the Website that it was $1extra for the certificate, not that that price included the certificate. What they did is at least blatant false advertising.

They make the test easy but tough also. But I just breezed through it. There was no rushing to get to the end. I worked it around my work schedule. He was always patient, professional, and very experienced in teaching new drivers. Sevak was calm and very supportive which is crucial to build confidence in new drivers. My son enjoyed the lessons and chatting with Sevak. He was always very punctual, communicating clearly, and provided feedback after each lesson; taking the time to speak to either myself or my husband as well. It was reassuring to know my son was in safe hands while learning to drive. My son even asked me to text Sevak after he passed his driver's test and share the news with him, that is the type of connection they had which speaks volumes and Sevak, of course, was very happy and proud of his student (my son). The representative was unhelpful, refused to offer any type of assistance and simply repeatedly spoke over me saying the website is very clear.
